This is my second stay in the room that bathroom mirror is way too high I couldn’t see myself. The bathroom door looks like someone kicked in and left damage that should be fixed

The tools at the room were very old AC is noisy There was no boiler at the room but when I asked for one they bring to me in 2 hours but I think it should be at all rooms

No ice machine. Only one beside nightstand. No sign for door to indicate housekeeping needed/do not disturb.

Room and bathroom were clean, king size bed very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful when needed. Cable TV, ATM on site but no place for hanging clothes. Close to so much shopping and restaurants. Relatively safe area. If you need a place to sleep and watch some TV this is very good. No frills, but I knew that when I booked. I would actually stay here again.

The minute I walked into my room and shut the door there were people coming and going beneath the floor of my unit holding electrical tools up to the ceiling beneath me and my feet. They followed my every move and there up to 4 or 5 at a time they take turns holding the different types of electrical tools up under Meath where ever I stood or sat . One tool was like a burning lazer they kept at your feet another one would do a foot thumping thing continuously under your chest when you lay down. Another one held up some type of electrical tool that put out intense heat this also is a fire hazard. This is bullying 24 hours a day when ever I was in the room. It seems a lot of homeless have gone under ground in the tunnels beneath the pavement this also happens in the parking lot beneath my car at the hotel grocery store the mall . Los Angeles is not a nice place to. visit any more.

The floor was dirty, I had to request a clean towel and pillow covers. When I complained I was told to request a refund from Booking.

The location is excellent for my travel needs. Parking was convenient and I was given spoons for a snack.

Room in need of some attention, sloppy paint, electrical fixtures not working, including lighting. broken door, broken door knob on bathroom, over all cleanliness. I expected more for paying over $120 a night, I wouldn't stay here again. Bed wasn't very comfortable, bare minimum on the sheets and blanket. A/C system blows curtain away from window limiting privacy. Torn shower curtain, and just over all dirty.

They don't have lobby to chill.

It's good experience to stay in this place. Reasonable price which very nearby Hollywood. Only 2.2miles away from The Grove. It's walkable to panda express and Starbucks. The staffs are really helpful and patience-- responsible for whatever i need. Hairdryer is new. Shower are comfortable. Bed are good--not too hard and not too soft. I feel relaxed. The environment are quiet at night. They provide the microwave to heat the meal that i put in the fridge. Also The cleaning lady did the good cleaning everyday. It's the unexpected stays in La Cienega Inn Motel.

We stayed two nights, and the 2nd evening, they didn't make up our room. They told my wife that I didn't want the room to be made up, which was a lie. The floors were dirty. Generally, the whole place was dirty and in a bad neighborhood. I would never recommend this place to anyone

The a/c worked. The bathtub had no stopper, so you couldn't take a bath.. There was an icebox. The bed had throw pillows, but there were no bedroom pillows with pillowcases. The TV worked sometimes.

Very clean room, very nice big and comfy bed, east access to room from your car, quick and easy check-in/out. Everyone from the reception to the cleaners were very polite and kind. Looking forward to coming here again as I come for school!
