The facility was poorly maintained. Many places were the walls had broken pieces of drywall. Multiple gates with broken handles. Random rags flung about the property. The room smelled like cigar. The chairs in the room were stained. The phone in the room did not work. Multiple light fixtures poorly secured. Latch in the hideaway bathroom door was broken. The tile in the shower was cracked. Spider webs along the window frame. The window lock was broken. The outlet where the coffee maker was didn't work. There was a protruding metal coming out the bottom of the bed frame (trip and injury hazard). Missing smoke detector. I was charged $200 for one night and I had my two elderly parents with me. Never again.

The reception staff's attention was terrible, the breakfast was horrible, there was only coffee and cereal and a little flour for waffles but they never repaid us. We went down at 8 and there was nothing. They saw us and never offered us anything else. Terrible service, facilities are not the best either. I suggest looking for another option. I don't usually leave bad opinions but this one deserves it.

Breakfast was way underwhelming. Room 224 was clean but standard items were missing, toilet paper, wash cloths. Maintenance needs attention - paint job in the bathroom over tiles and part of door frame, toilet paper holder was loose in the wall, the pool was green.

Very run down, dirty, and dusty. The room amenities and appliances were not cleaned. The hairdryer wasn't working. The room wasn't cleaned during my two night stay. The pool and hot tub were not cleaned. The $180 a night price tag is absolutely ridiculous.

The staff were very friendly. The location was great. Parking was easy. Check in and out was easy.

Very run-down hotel. There were cobwebs on the ceiling and the ice bucket had mildew on it. Need to do a better job at cleaning the rooms.

The staff was very accommodating and very nice. Breakfast was ok not much to choose from, but we liked the orange juice and waffles.

No breakfast. No ice machine. Loud noises at 2:35pm someone yelling. 2:28pm. More screaming someone yelling at someone…. Bed had layers of blanket padding. Pillows very very old. Bathroom floors dirty and stinky. The room smelled moldie.

Old, outdated and in need of repair. Bedside lamp with no outlet nearby so totally useless. No cell phone charging outlets which is unheard of in this day and age. The room was dingy and beat up and definitely wasn’t worth the money you charged.

Pillow had blood stain. Bathroom/shower needed repair, stained. Caulking was peeling off. A/C was inoperable, and room was hot, making it unable to sleep comfortably. Thermostat was not working. Requested a late checkout due to a wedding the night before, but the cleaning personnel knocked on the door, even with the "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on the door and woke us up.

It wasn’t as clean as it should have been, there was mold in the bathroom and the walls in the bathroom had spill spatter on them. The sheer curtains had big holes in them. The beds were clean and comfortable but the rest of the room needed a good cleaning.

Dead bolt almost locked us out of our room one (faulty instilation) I had to hip chrck the door to get in. The pocket door does not slide on the tracks and my 82 year old mother needed my assistance to get out of the bathroom because the pocket door was stuck, and the bed pillows were the quarter of the size of a real pillow.
