I really loved the location and how the host reached out to make sure we were ok. The walking around the next morning was so beautiful- boat area couple miles and coffee shop was very convenient . I felt safe and nice neighborhood. Fair price considering the area. Inside decor was clean and fresh smelling which is so nice, compared to lingering bad smell places. I wish I was more there for pleasure so I could do more exploring.

Very easy, clear directions into the unit. Unit was minimal but very clean and close to everything we wanted to see. Communication with host was good.

A bit pricey, but I suppose that's L.A. Time consuming to get to east side of town like Hollywood/Sunset blv, Beverley hills, downtown , Universal studios etc.( up to 2h depending on traffic).

Nice apartment, had no problem getting in, host responded promptly when we had any queries. Apartment has everything you need , kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave , gas hob with oven and lg fridge freezer. Nice pool area in adjacent building, direct access on level 3. Great location for Venice and Santa Monica area. Shops, Restaurants and Bus stops all within a few minutes walk. Direct bus from Lax( shuttle from terminal to city bus hub and then no.3 bus toward Santa Monica).

It could be cleanier. The floor was dirty so as the dishes. We had to wash them all before first use. And we received only 2 dishwasher tablets for 5 people for 4 nights.

The apartment was really spacious and high standard. It has all necessary furnishings and appliances. In the building there is a gym, swimming pool and parking available for the guests. The neighbourhood seems to be safe.

the check-in process was overly complex with check-in instructions delivered over WhatsApp at the operators request and across multiple messages. As I was from overseas and using an overseas mobile I was only a able to receive the messages when connected to wifi which wasn’t constant as I was travelling. I would have preferred to have received all of the instructions with access pins etc via email. the operator was reluctant for us to use the main entrance and told us to access the properly via an underground garage area as accessing the property via the main entrance would “get them into trouble”. we didn’t have a car and wanted to visit local restaurants on foot. it made coming and going from the property uncomfortable but it didn’t ruin the stay. if you are coming and going by car it wouldn’t be a big issue.

very spacious and clean. the apartment was good value for money. they just need to fix the blinds in the bedrooms as they have missing parts and let quite a lot of light in at night. curtains would be recommended.

A lot of little things were less than desirable - the blinds were broken and even after I complained that the windows were letting in too much light, the maintenance person was called but never showed. The second bedroom mattress was bouncy and uncomfortable, the second bathroom didn’t have any floor mats, they had a coffee maker but no coffee, no paper towels, no washing detergent, only 2 pods of dishwasher detergent for a 4 night stay, no toiletries, no extra linens, no broom, no extra towels. No clear instructions on how to get in the garage, usually there was someone with a garage opener before or after us but a couple of times, we got stuck for ~5 mins. The experience would’ve been wonderful has these small things been addressed well. We were told for a few things that since Covid their policies changed. Understandable but if someone is booking the place for 4 nights, have at least that many dishwashing pods and if there is a laundry room, please have detergent on hand. We had to make several trips to the grocery store each time we discovered something wasn’t provided.

Location and facility amenities were great. The hostess was very responsive even if not all the issues were resolved (see below)
