We enjoyed everything!

The breakfast was good, especially the delicious hot omelette. We would have preferred to have breakfast in the dining room at the La Pensione. That would have enhanced our experience of staying at that property.

The bed was not comfortable. Way too soft.

The sister property across the street had a beautiful pool and lounge chairs although it could be shadier with nice umbrellas, as it’s getting pretty hot in FL. I took full advantage of the wonderful pool and its waterfall. The breakfast was adequate. The main drag is about a 15-20 minute walk. The beach is as close. THE STAFF WAS VERY VERY NICE.

Quiet, very clean. Loved the historical look of the building, inside and outside. Beautiful gardens - the pool looked inviting but we didn’t use it. Very nice breakfast. Enjoyed a very nice conversation with Danyi (not sure of the spelling but he is a very friendly young man with a background from Kazakistan

The only downfall, if it can be considered a downfall, is that the property is on a main drag, so traffic was constant and pretty noisy.

The property had free parking, a balcony, and a pool. The bed was very comfortable and the room was refreshed and stocked daily. It felt very secure there!

The property is a slice of Key West history whilst still being in the centre of town. We enjoyed the pool area with its lush tropical trees and plants. Car park on site and within walking distance to everything. Brilliant stay!

I have no complaints.

The staff were super friendly and very accommodating. The continental breakfast was good and the omelettes were delicious. Enjoyed sitting and relaxing on the deck in the evenings. The pool was very refreshing and well maintained. Our room was cleaned and straightened daily. I would definitely recommend this bed and breakfast.

The unit was a bit unusual with the small sitting area downstairs and the bedroom upstairs. It wasn't a problem, but could be if someone does not like stairs or a 2 level unit. The last painters left paint drops up the stairs so it looked as if the stairs were about to be repainted. The outlet to plug in the dryer was near the toilet not the sink mirror which was a bit awkward. I had to plug in my toothbrush charger downstairs as there was no place to do so upstairs.

Breakfast was fine. It was crowded near the lobby so we ate one morning in the pool area. The omelettes made for us poolside were nice to have . The upstairs bathroom was quite nice. It was handy to have a 2nd toilet downstairs. The house is quite unique for an air bnb and our unit was comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and check in and out were very easy. Walking distance to Duval street with lots of restaurants. Hemingway's house is close by and worthwhile. Free and easy to access parking!

It was very inconvenient to walk across the street for breakfast to another hotel. Parking was not exactly the best but certainly better than parking on the street.

The maid service was totally unexpected and a very nice surprise. Fresh towels and my bed made daily was a treat! Very clean and nicely decorated. The rocking chairs on the front porch were great for relaxing and people watching.

It is an older building with thin walls, so it wasn’t easy to get a good night’s sleep - fine for a 1 night stay. The positives still outweigh the one negative!
