-The bedsheets are really thin so i had to ask for another blanket. -The bathroom is really small especially the sink. No place for your stuff. -The breakfast area is really really small. I think there’s room for 20 persons. And it’s only from 7-9 am .They have a lot of options but no cheese. The scrambled eggs are mixed with sugar. - overall a good stay until i came home and they wrote money of my creditcard. I loaned a book from the lobby too read in the room and with checking out i left the book in the room. Now they are accusing me of stealing the book but i didn’t take it home but they charged me for it. This is so disappointing because we had a nice time and then it has too and like this.

The location is great, it’s near by Times Square but there is no noise There is free coffee and tea all day long with fresh baked cookies. ( not my thing, too much sugar)

Two minor things …. The rooms were functional, clean, well equipped but slightly on the small side for a week’s stay. Secondly, the breakfast room was very small and there was often a queue, however you could take a tray back to the room.

Stayed in an accessible Queen room with 2 queen beds - there was no full length mirror in the room, just a half mirror above the bathroom sink. There was also a lack of storage - one small open wardrobe which did not have full length hanging space or sufficient hangers for the number of guests. We were happy to live out of suitcases so this wasn't an issue, but could be an improvement.

10 minute walk from Penn Station or 42 Street subway. Just far enough from the hustle and bustle, but still close enough to the action. Staff were very friendly on arrival and throughout the stay. The room was very clean and it was cleaned every day of our 5 night stay. Breakfast included in the cost - great selection. The breakfast room is far too small for the hotel, however we were able to take items to our room. Fresh coffee, hot water etc in the lobby all day and there is also a fridge containing cold drinks which you can buy from (or add to room bill) along with some snacks.

Wifi was unsafe. I had to overrule the security of my phone and pc to use it. This is not comfortable. It also kept on disconnecting and was slow. Not ideal for a business trip.

Great and friendly staff and good and clean room although small, well organised. Breakfast had everything I needed. Only very small breakfast room, so it got very crowded and not so comforable.

The front desk staff was incredibly warm and welcoming! The location was great for accessing Broadway shows. Really enjoyed the excellent breakfast offerings and the warm cookies at night!

I thought the room would be larger. It was really fine though. The room was used for its intended purposes. It was used when needing a break and sleeping.

The staff was great, the breakfast was good, the location was good, the parking was good (across the street), the room was quiet, the warm cookies were nice too.

We had some issues adjusting the temperature of the water in the bathroom. Otherwise, we had nothing to complain about. I apparently need to write another sentence.

The location was fantastic, right near the theaters we were going to and with plenty of dining in the area. We also found the front desk staff to be friendly and helpful, and we liked the daily cookies. The room was compact, you could say, with an efficient design that included everything you'd need. The price was great for the weekend we went. The breakfast was fine...given the cost of dining in NYC these days, it was nice to have a hot meal included with plenty of options--eggs, turkey bacon on one day, sausage and gravy on the other, plenty of bread products and pastry, juices, fresh fruit, and the waffle maker.

This was a great hotel centrally located in Manhattan close to Hells Kitchen and Broadway/Times Square. The staff were always excellent, it felt very safe and secure. One of the cleanest hotels I've seen in a long time, the price is high but was the lowest I saw in the area. Would stay again!

The rooms were very small and no where to put your suitcase. There also aren't any drawers to put clothes and only a couple of hangers, It was quite difficult living out of a suitcase for a week in a small room.

The hotel was brilliant - the staff were amazing and the rooms were very clean and bed very comfortable. The hotel is less than a 10 min walk to Times Square and has loads of shops around it (Angelina's Bakery is a MUST!). The hotel was very secure as you had to swipe your room card to enter the hotel. They have fresh coffee making facilities in the lobby so you can help yourself to free coffee throughout the day, and they also bake fresh cookies every night for you to take to bed!! The oat and raisin were amazing! I would deffo stay in this hotel again.

The room was quite small and lacked shelves or storage space. There was no mirror except for a very small one in the bathroom (could only see your face). The breakfast options could be better.
