The breakfast space was indeed a bit small as others have remarked. Having a kettle in the room would have been nice.

Quite happy with the overall quietness in my room (12F) as I didn't hear sounds from the next room that much. There were only two rooms on each side of the corridor so there wasn't much traffic. Since the location is in a less busy part of midtown, there wasn't that much outside noise either especially in the night. Breakfast was solid with two hot dishes everyday. Being able to pick up some water and hot drinks in the lobby 24H was nice. The room was clean with working and satisfying facilities. Free luggage storage.

The dining area is small. Tend to be so crowded around 9am. So plan to have breakfast early like 7am. The deposit amount of $200 takes longer than expected to return to my account. I have received it in 24 hours from other properties but not from this one. I hope i receive it soon. Its more than 15 days now.

The location is perfect since its near TimeSquare, groceries and restaurants. Food was fine. I just hope they have more options for halal meat

Breakfast is terrible in a small room. We arrived at 8am to have breakfast and there were only remains. And unfortunately the service of the morning receptionist was horrible… he was grumpy, bad-tempered… I don’t know what he still doing working at the hotel.

The location is incredible, the room is comfortable and the manager’s attention… she was só kind.

Room was small and the location was a little far from time square.

Clean room comfortable bed, secure hotel and the fresh cookies were delicious. I also liked the fact that they gave me a discount for the parking near by.

The room was clean and big enough for a solo traveler. The floor was quiet & there are only 4/5 rooms on each floor. I liked the modern bathroom. The staff was friendly as well. As someone who lived in NYC for years, it was nice to be close to the activity of Midtown but far enough from the circus of Times Square.

It is a good option for NY if you just plan to stay in the hotel just for sleeping.

The location causes several disadvantages. It's the central part of Manhattan, properties are tiny, and this hotel is no exception. The rooms and all the shared spaces are really small. The 'door' between the room and bathroom is not really a door, more like a sliding piece of wood so privacy is limited. It's also close to all the touristy spots, so it's super crowded around. The street on which the hotel is located did not seem very safe, especially after dark. We stamped upon uncomfortable situations twice, no harm done though.

The hotel is located right between Times Square and Hudson Yards; all the big touristy locations in midtown are walkable. It is super easy to access other parts of the city with the metro. Breakfast was ok, some parties, fruits, yogurts etc.

The breakfast space was small. Twice we played up some food and just took it back up to our room as there was no seating.

The location was ideal. We were a 10 minute walk from a number of tourist attractions. Having breakfast was also helpful, obviously the cost of things can be expensive but the breakfast option helped us start our day.

The breakfast buffet was really small. A lot of people were waiting to get a seat in the hallway. Room is clean but it's small. If you have a large suitcase, it's almost no place to lay it down and open it.

The staffs are pretty friendly and lobby is equiped with coffee / water / snacks.

Room is a bit small and there is not a lot of space to hang clothes. Very nice to have breakfast included but the dining area is very small

The breakfast was included, the staff on duty worked super hard to keep up with demand as lots of guests staying at the same time.
