the room was musty smell .bed was ok was only a thin sheet no blankets or a spread .so we took cover from other bed to add to ours .need bigge4r pillows room was kinda run down. and the pool was not open this was in july .been nice to know.

Dirty. A lot of broken locks, holes in wall, stains on carpeting, moldy and water soaked ceiling tiles. Complimentary breakfast was cereal, yogurt or toast. Pictured on site was a buffet, hot breakfast.

Mold everywhere. Halls, room, etc. mildew smell in room. Shower took twenty minutes to heat up. Shower leaked all night. Air conditioner stopped working during the night and there has been a heat wave. Only one washcloth. Door to fridge broken. Receptionist was rude. Didn’t believe it was me in ID because I lost weight

Sign at the front desk said the pool was closed. The smoke detector was hanging out of the ceiling. This is a safety concern. This hotel needs a lot of work before I would stay again. Half of the switches in the room did not work, including the bathroom fan. No ice bucket or liner in the room and the ice machine on the 2nd floor was broken so had to keep going up and down to get the bucket, bag and the ice. The carpets in the hallway on the 2nd floor looked like they have never been cleaned. The free breakfast was a joke, they had cereal and a toaster. The coffee was weak and the orange juice was watered down.

The gas station off the highway coming into the property was cheaper than others in the area. There weren't many people staying at this location so it was fairly quiet.

The halls carpet was soo dirty !! Need to be replaced for sure. The room was ok. Beds were ok. The bath tub part for me could not use, just shower. The breakfast not good. The coffee not good either. Other La Quinta’s have been great, plus their breakfast was great, so worth staying. The Frankfort In. Not so much, disappointing. So don’t think we will stay there again.

Ice machine area smelled like fish. Breakfast was not that great (nothing hot). Pool was out of order (FYI). Flag pole—but no American flag. Our hotel door was difficult to open/close—needs servicing. Looked like black mold in the bathroom. There’s a lot of patchwork fixes, but could use a renovation.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Ok for one night passing along the interstate.

The toilet didn’t work in the first room and the sink didn’t drain in the new room we got. The door to my friends room didn’t lock all the time.

The staff was friendly and breakfast was good. it was close to the conference we attended.

Staff were dressed in street clothes and not very friendly. Room was not clean. Floor was not vacuumed, sheets had stains on them. A couple of the lights didn't work. Mold in the bathroom and the shower head came out fo the wall. Stains on the chairs. Door didn't lock properly. Whole room had a smell that was not pleasant.

Booking.com said it had indoor pool, got there and she said its been down for over a year, have two girls, 10 and 8 that were very disappointed, fridge in room didnt work, Becky at counter did bring new one, girls walked from room to lobby barefoot and when they got back their feet were filthy from hall carpet, Becky only good thing, will never stay again.

They cancelled my reservation. Despite me calling earlier in the week. And emailing them about my arrival being 630 am. I am healthcare working on nights.

No facilities, but they did have that posted at the hotel. Breakfast limited and I didnt like the shower heads.

Just about everything other than I listed. The price,location, and staff were great. The bed and room were comfy and clean. Also, They were working hard to renovate. I liked the water pressure and temp of the shower. The bagels and cream cheese were nice and fresh.

The pool was out of service. The hot tub was out of service. The ice machine was out of order. There was no coffee pot in the room, had to argue with the manager to get one like the booking info said. Had to keep taking my key card to the desk to get reprogrammed. Found chicken bones under the sink. The manager didn't care about any problem we encountered. And he pocketed the pet deposit and refused to give me a receipt for it. And the bathroom light did not work. I'll sleep in my car before I stay there again.

Breakfast was very lacking. Oj tasted like water. Had minimal food compared to stays at other facilities. All they provided was apples, two cereals, bagels, bread for toast, two types of cream cheese and one was not a breakfast type, yogurt. Pool was closed, hot tub was closed the two main reasons I picked this facility at last minute, ice machine on 2nd floor was broke. We had three of us in room and they provided us with two towels and two wash cloths and we had to constantly go ask for more. Ice in front of front door that was never salted. Employees in everyday cloths no way of telling who was employee and who was not when we arrived.

Have been here several times. Everytime I come it gets worse and worse. First floor under construction, second floor is old and musty. The breakfast was down right terrible. The coffee was terrible, toast and bagels were hard and not fresh, no fruit, cereal was stale.

When you get there no one was around to greet you. The pool was closed none of the doors worked properly. The smell was horrible there. The door to our room wouldn't stay shut. The key to the other room wasn’t properly working we got in the room one time and we tried to get back in and had to have it redone every time. The beds have no blankets. The water smelled from the shower and sink. The air conditioning unit was full of black mold. The room had not been clean in ages. We were supposed to have conjoined rooms and that wasn't honored. I honestly wish I could get a refund for how disappointed I was.

There was nothing I could say good about this place.

Room 115. Mattress was wonderfully comfortable!!! BUT Heat didn’t work. There was only two sheets for a blanket. No blanket. No heat. It was in the 50s outside. Clerk said they dont use blankets until its full wintertime. Lights dont come on when you enter and flip the switch. Exposed wires in the ceiling where light should be. Carpet was very stained. Hall smelled like pot smoke or something. Toilet seat moves around when you sit on it.
