No happy face on receptionist ac wasn’t working asking for fix but no one show up

We requested & reserved a downstairs room & got a confirmation number. When I called the hotel 2 days before to verify our reservations & a downstairs - 1st floor room - They were not able to do so because there were several VIP's that came in & all 1st floors had been reserved ..

I love everything about the place. The was a great size and very clean/sanitize, the indoor pool was awesome, and the full warm breakfast was great too.. I would go there again and recommend this location

The bed in room 228 was old. I say this because it was a spring and I could feel the springs. This is 2021. Please change the mattresses to cooling foam or something comfortable. Also, the blankets were thin. Way too thin. It also sucks that they filled in the hot tub :-(

I liked that there was an indoor pool. I liked that it was very clean. I liked that the sheets and blankets did not have any marks or stains.

The only problem was they served hotdogs for breakfast and the back door was busted so anyone could walk on at anytime so it didn’t feel very secure. Otherwise it was okay

The rooms were clean and it had a hot tub. They allowed dogs.

Front desk clerk - Not very customer service politeness. The TV in our room Did Not Work, the front desk clerk did not know how to work the remote control or try to help or have any suggestions to help get our TV to work!! No TV channel or instructions. No maintenance or on site manager to help her..? We finally got 1 channel to work & volume & that was it. This was our 2nd time to stay at this hotel & the last.

We did not eat their breakfast.

The elevators were not working. The nice lady said they had been out for over a week and that the company that handles it wouldn’t be out there to fix them till the end of the month. That meant every with heavy luggage had to take the stairs to get to their room. We were on the second floor. I have a bad back so that was hard going up & down the stairs every time I needed to leave my room to go back down stairs for anything. Plus the first room we were in the tv didn’t work so we had to be moved to another room down the hall.🤨

Staff was very friendly. Facilities were clean the entire stay! Was super queit and relaxing while we were there. The indoor swimming pool was a huge plus for my kiddos. Beds were comfy. The room itself was huge! Breakfast was nice . And location was great. Just minutes from everything we needed. Will definitely book there again!

Very muggy & musky in the room. King room to sleep 4 was supposed to have a pull out couch— no couch, no extra bed. Only 1 bed. No extra bedding. The bedding they do provide is basically 2 sheets, no comforter.

I brought my family to stay for a night while my home was being deep cleaned. I anticipated a nice pool, but the water was freezing cold. I also expected 2 queen beds, as I was sleeping 3 adult's and 3 children, in the room and I believe they were full size beds, just like the beds in my childrens room.

The room was far from elevator and my request was near an elevator. I was told at check in I asked if the room could be changed I was told no. Manager would not speak to me.

I paid for a whole night & they kicked me out for smoking in the room. I paid a feee & they still had me leave. I woke up to a charge i shouldnt have been charged because i never slept in the room they removed me & i never got my $ back
