We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesI wish I could give it a higher rate and I'd like to stay again since we travel that way . However, The place definitely lacked a cleaning crew as for the interior building. The room did not have a microwave. But was comfortable and clean.
The staff was friendly and accommodating,; Swimming pool was clean and towels handy. Breakfast offered was set and ready before it's 6p start which was great. Eggs, sausage, toast, 3 cereals, juices, coffee, fruit, and yogurt was available. The bed and bedding was comfortable. The room and bathroom we're clean overall. Glad they had laundry units, ice machine, snack machine.

The property is old, but kept up. There is a pool and we had a double room with king size bed then the other room had a pull out couch living area which was nice for the money. Decent price.

United StatesService was atrocious. Couldn’t find people at the front desk. We were locked out of our room at 9 AM when check out is at 11 AM. Couldn’t find people to respond to this. There was stickiness all over the floor of Our room. I had to get on my hands and knees with a warm towel and try to get it the stickiness up. Construction going on out back with materials out of the middle where people drive. Same construction is was occurring last year when we visited this La Quinta. We will not be back.
