Only 1 lift working over weekend full of college students. Shower soap holder was broken and just lying on the floor of bathroom. Obviously been seen by cleaning staff, but ignored

I called to make reservations and then had to call back to change the arrival date due to a medical appointment and a change from king size bed to 2 queen size beds. Confirming emails were not correct and were confusing. I had to called several times to be sure the reservation was made and correct. I spoke to at least three different people and was not confident the reservation was in place. I called before arriving to be sure and fortunately all was well. From there on everything went well.

Really liked the included breakfast and, in particular, the woman overseeing it. She was so pleasant and helpful

The water pressure was low and I felt like I was showering under a water can. Also, the shower only got to warm but thankfully it wasn’t just cold.

It was clean and the bed was comfy. The gal who check us in was very friendly and the gal who checked us out was fun, vibrant and jovial- a glass half full kind of person.

wifi blinds

blinds in my room were broken.... ppl could see into oom on first floor... the internet is OPEN so 99% of ppl cant use laptops because of security ... and no business center.. no fax.. wifi don't work

I saw 1 roach in the bathroom. And the area was riddled with police arresting people, pulling people over and taking statements.

Nice room, good breakfast, and nice lobby. Elevators worked well and were clean. I also like that you have a smoking section outside.

The internet was down, Ice maker was down, it’s a pet friendly facility but you can’t get your room cleaned even f the dog is in its cage.

My card was getting charged when I hadn’t even checked in yet for a no show when I called to notify them I would be arriving late since they couldnt accommodate early check in. The first room I was assigned to the entire floor smelled like cats and dogs. The room had the furniture chewed on from previous guest animals. Also the carpet was damp in the room. Assigned a new room on a different floor, shower was dirty and the ceiling was rusted and unpleasant.

The hotel is quiet and staff are pleasant.

The room we got (rm 127) had nasty water seeping up from under the floorboards which we noticed when we got up the next morning. We knew it was nasty when we tried wiping it up with one of the towels. The sliding door did not slide, and some of the slats to the blinds were bent, missing or broken.

We had stayed there before and we were already familiar with it. I like that it has a gym. It’s pet friendly, but you do charge a fee. (Extended Stay America does not.) Decent breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Our past visits were very satisfactory.

Well the nieghbors where very noisy the whole weekend slamming doors talking loud had no respect for others and I felt they should have been more considered of people's rights to peace and quit I've been coming to laquinta off and on for last year or so first time I've experienced that it was awful oh breakfast was nice as usual only problem have with that is whom ever cook is the breakfast sausage that's prepared are under cooked always .

It was a clean upscale hotel and bed was exceptional love ❤️ it.

Already Just a few years after the renovation, it is already starting to deteriorate. From my window at night, I could see the homeless activity outback rummaging through dumpsters and garbage cans. Fortunately I didn’t notice any of the customers cars being targeted, but I’m sure that can happen in probably does. Also, there’s just an overall feeling of not caring inside and outside of the hotel.

I like That the hotel has had a recent upgrade. The renovations were sorely needed.

There were a few cracks in the ceiling of my bathroom. However, that didn't detract from the ability of the bathroom to serve it's function.

Someone had a barking dog in one of the rooms. My parents' room had a clogged toilet, and it had not even been used. I called the front desk and asked if someone could please take care of it, and they brought me a plunger! Apparently their rates don't cover fixing issues in the room.

The rooms were reasonably clean, and the staff was polite and helpful
