The staff were all excellent and so helpful. When I went to leave, my car would not start. They called several other people staying at the hotel to see if they had jumper cables. We found someone who could help me. They went over and above the call of duty. I just thank them so much. Karen

The lady that checked us in never smiled. Not once. Didn’t tell me my room number, just handed me the keys, nor did she thank me for my business. She went through her regular instructions and said the air conditioning is controlled by the box on the wall, not on the unit itself. Ours didn’t but after her attitude, I didn’t want to deal with her so I didn’t. I found an earring in the pool and turned it into the front desk. She acted as though I were a burden to her, not once thanking me. The hot tub was still taped off and not working (previous posts have mentioned this for quite some time), also a ball of black hair was lying on the floor next to it. The pool was a bit dirty but it wasn’t horrible. It was later in the evening, so it wasn’t completely surprising. Also, the door of the hotel, near the pool, wouldn’t completely close so I did feel this was a safety risk. I didn’t mention that to her either. The vending soda machine on the 2nd floor was unplugged. I put 6 quarters in it only to lose it. I was hoping for better when we checked out the next morning, however as we checked out, I dropped the keys in the jar and the morning attendant never even looked up. She did, however, say “thanks”. I worked for Wyndham for 5 years. This type of service is not something they strive for.

I loved the beds. They were very comfortable. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Waffles were good.

Well first I paid for a deluxe room and it's just like any other room So why Is it called a deluxe because you're just overcharging for a regular room. the toilet overflowed And the air conditioner didn't work. The pool is supposed to be a heated pool. The water was freezing the only thing heated was the room And the pool needs work done on it.The continental breakfast hahaha the eggs had so much water. And on it was ridiculous they were cold. The sausage was cold. There was no milk for the cereal.. It's ridiculous you charge that much and can't even accommodate your guest. The right way!!! will not be back

I didn't like seeing a guest walk into the breakfast area with a very large dog on a leash. For me that was unsanitary.

Hide a bed couch wasn't comfortable at all and that was one of the things we needed. For the room I choose it was an king executive suite. Would of been better if the hide a bed couch was bigger than a twin size...

Very friendly staff and always have been every time we stay there. Always friendly staff at this location. They always jump into make sure you have what you need and want.

Room was not swept. Gravel in the carpet. Key card was not programmed for the full stay, but had to be reprogrammed daily.

I really liked the bathrooms and all the outlets. There were plenty by the bed for everyone to charge there device. The pool was the cleanest in the area. We didn't wake up in time for breakfast but all in all it was one of the better stays in savannah.

Cleaning in the bathrooms. It looked as though no one cleaned behind the doors so when you shut it there was dirt.

It felt like we were treated as second class guests because we were local residents. We had to give a $100 deposit at the beginning of the stay (no one else had to). At checkout someone was sent to our room to make sure we didn't "steal the hair dryer" before they would give us our deposit back. We didn't feel very welcome.

The room was clean and quiet. Overall a comfortable place to stay.
