The heat didn’t work so our room was in the 50s. We were traveling with our two year old and 3 month old, so we actually had to move them to the car to sleep because our car has working heat. Neither the hotel or booking.com seems to care that we had to sleep in our car despite paying for a hotel room, or that we had to cut our trip short after getting 3 hours of sleep. Nor do they care that they sold us a room that was not safe for our children. The hotel did give us a space heater since they know this is an issue, but it was not powerful enough to raise the temperature. Do not stay here if you have kids. If you do stay here bring your own towels, there are none in the room and bring blankets. If you experience a room with no heat and a strong draft coming in from the window, you need to complain to the front desk when you check out to get a refund. If you flee like we did at 5am, apparently the owners don’t care about the guests per the staff I’ve spoken with, and you will not receive anything.

It was not a clean hotel, the beds are horrible, the rooms would not warm up, regardless of how high you turned the heat. The toilet area is so small that it makes it hard for even a kid to properly take care of business. Holes in walls and wires hanging out. By far the worst lodging experience I have ever had. $269 a room is robbery, I have had much better for a lot less.

The first room was 64 degrees, across from the maids unit, the carpet was held together eith duck tape and the tv did not work. The 2nd room better, but it would have been nice to have had cups and soap!

Front staff was extremely unprofessional. Our room was disgusting and had snot blown onto the walls, white stuff all over the couch, the floors were coming up in numerous places, we found a bong underneath the pull out sofa and there were no extra linens for the pull out sofa. We had to use the top sheets from the beds. NEVER AGAIN!

It was close to the interstate is about all the good I had to say about this hotel.

Dated - which I can handle. But loud!! I thought for sure, being on the top floor, and on the loft level, at that, would mean I would get a good nights sleep. But no. Every single door shutting woke me up. The beds were comfortable, but everything else was falling apart: floors, sofa, chairs. and the cleaners don’t wait for you to check out before they start cleaning your room! We started loading our car, and in between loads, they were already in the room. I would have liked to have had a bathroom stop before getting back on the road, but everything was already being cleaned.

Toilet seat not attached, toilet quit flushing, shower leaked and made mess all over bathroom floor (we dealt with this, fixed the toilet for our stay and did not "bother" staff), breakfast was very very poor quality, staff acted as if you were unreasonable when making simple request (e.g.,asking for toilet paper for room when there was less than half roll when we arrived for a three night stay). Facilities were very run down and NOT worth a $310/night charge (before $60 local tax for just one night) simply because it was Saturday during a snow storm in ski season.

This is the worst LaQuinta I've ever stayed at! The room was VERY old and the bathroom was moldy and tiny. The breakfast was terrible. There wasn't even blackout curtains in the room! No sound isolation, too. We could hear everything happening in hallways and in the room next to us. The room is incredibly outdated with everything in it being crazy old and worn out

Front desk help was helpless, breakfast was nothing, online listed a hairdryer no one could find one at the front desk then the man told my husband the maid would be there at 8:30 if we could wait till then, I mean I have no choice I’m in the room with head full of wet hair and it’s snowing outside I’m not leaving! maid gets there tells him they have none! at this point my family is starving since it’s after 9:30 we gather our things and walk down to leave front desk is eating breakfast and I tell them it’s the worse service and hotel experience ever! I’m still waiting on the hair dryer he just shrugged his shoulders! also to add the rooms are nasty! bed is ridiculous hard, windows are not locked and the flooring is literally coming up!

We have stayed at this hotel for many years it's too bad it isn't what it use to be. Our first room smelled pretty bad along with the hallway on the 4th floor, we had no choice but to change rooms. When asked if they had a playpen for our baby we were told they don't have any that was a bummer first time i hear of a hotel not having any playpens. The breakfast was terrible absolutely no options all they had was dry bread and bad coffee. The ice machines were all out of order except for one and unless you ask the front desk you would never know the 2nd floor is the only floor with a working ice machine. We will unfortunately never come back after 15 years it was definitely not worth the $213 we paid for 1 night. The front desk employees looked miserable it's too bad they don't like being there.

old furnitures and dirty floor. there were trash under the couch. it’s sad that I didn’t see anyone cleaning. it was just the reception girl the whole time. ice machine was broken, pool was dirty, and breakfast could be a lot better.

The toilet didn’t flush. The sink was full of water and would drain when we checked in. They told us maintenance couldn’t fix until the next day. They gave us draino and never came to fix it. The shower kept going from scalding hot to freezing cold. There was a screw almost out making the spiral staircase come away from the wall. Breakfast said it was from 6-9. E we went down at 7:30 and everything was empty. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at!

The hotel is in terrible shape. I’m shocked that La Quinta has a franchise in this state of disrepair. The floors were damaged the toilet overflowed and we had to change rooms. The second room was also in terrible shape, the headboard shook every few minutes in repeat all night long. Both rooms were dirty.

The hotel was dog friendly and close to the interstate.

customer service is very poor.very old place floor warping, sink faucet came off.they moved us to another room. then breakfast was not even continental.it said breakfast included.nope.we left after one night and went somewhere else for our second night.
