After the first day the breakfast selections became somewhat limited. Access key cards kept failing intermittently. Would work fine at first but then not work in any entrance. Became frustrating to keep going to the front desk. Upon check in, was told there was not regular housekeeping unless requested. Fine with us. Then we left one day and came back and our room had been cleaned without our request.

The location was good for our purpose which was to visit family nearby. The facility was clean and well maintained. The pool was nice. Staff was nice overall. A couple of them were kind of standoffish.

I could not find a comfortable pillow even though there were six there. The hall way doors to the rooms slammed and were very noisy. The scrambled eggs on the buffet was very tasty but there were no sausages ready to accompany the scrambled eggs. Google did not have consistent routes to the hotel each time I needed to find it.

I really liked the room especially the bathroom mirror. Check in was easy and clerk was cheerful and accommodating. The hotel resembled a apartment complex which fits in well with the neighborhood. Though it was hard to sight from the highway.

I had an issue with the elevators. I was concerned with the maintenance of it.

The location was good and the staff were very friendly. I really enjoyed their breakfast as well.

Upon arriving we were given a room with no AC, luckily the staff was able to relocate us pretty quickly. Additionally the shower faucet was pretty wobbly. One of our bedside lamps would also flicker a bunch, which was quite annoying. Some of the ice machines also were not functional.

The location had close access to a lot of the activities we chose to do. In addition, we were located right next to the Domain mall. The staff was also exceptionally accommodating when it came to changing rooms and checking out later.

The separating room door was weird and made me a bit anxious; luckily, no one was staying there until my last night, and they were quiet. I didn't like the fact that I had to ask someone at the front desk to access to gym. It's more common to use the room key for access. Not a huge deal, just seemed unnecessary.

Excellent wifi, no fussing with an esoteric password or anything. Walkable to Whole Foods and within 5 minutes of an HEB. Easy to hop on MoPac and get downtown in 15-20 minutes. Kind folks at the front desk. Comfy beds.

Bathroom doors could be just a simple door with normal knob that can lock.

Breakfast was fair, I would just add some meat protein such as bacon, sausage, or ham.

Main negative thing was most of the staff weren't the greatest. I would've left a sad face for staff but 1 person at front desk was the sweetest. Everyone else had terrible service.

Breakfast was delicious. Last day you had to be there really early before everything ran out. Location was excellent

I didn't like that they would charge an additional $40 if i wanted to check in earlier than 3pm. I didn't like the breakfast hours or options. There wasn't any bacon and more fruit could have been provided. I didn't like asking the staff to let me into fitness room whenever I wanted to workout.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and how it was centrally located to where my conference was held.

Elevator seemed busted or being worked on, had no indication of what floor you were on or going to. Room was very stuffy & ac did not seem to work well, neither did trying to change it. Buttons did nothing

Key fob malfunction and some caulking needed done around room and bathroom hinges were rusty

Clean , polite & quiet. Key fobs didn’t work well but staff ran back and forth until the problem was fixed . Breakfast was constantly stocked & fresh .

Seems very old hotel because elevators/stairs stink. Staff's overall behavior was also very ordinary, no smile no greetings. At Check out I gave her the entry cards and without saying anything the lady just dropped the cards in the basked and did not even look at me. Then I asked her is we can leave then she said "Yes". I am not going to stay here again.

Price was low. If someone alone is looking for a cheap hotel for 1 or 2 nights it will work but don't expect more.

Oily imprint of foot on my headrest when I checked in, and no way to wipe it off? Breakfast was okay, but could have been better. Sometimes other groups were kinda loud.

Lay out and size of the rooms. Location, in terms of closeness to Mopac and the Domain. Bathrooms were nice.

The inside rooms have a lovely view of the pool/courtyard....and the space magnifies sound. Conversations in the area kept us awake long past the closing of the pool.

How convenient the location was we were right by the domain shopping dinner at a beautiful park with a fountain

Minimal items in the small store. Elevator worked but the light indicator didn’t work so you had to make sure it stopped on the right floor. No vending machines and ice machine did not work on the 3rd floor.

Staff was super friendly. Room was clean and roomier than I thought.
