The bed was very high up, and the pillows were lumpy.

I reserved 2 king deluxe rooms but I was only given one deluxe room. The front desk clerk, Veronica, was very rude and not helpful at all.

I liked that it wasn’t too far from Southeastern Oklahoma State University!

The front desk staff seemed to be unorganized and just didn’t seem to care much about their job or guests. The room was fine, the main complaint I had was with the cheap, worn out pillows in the room. They need to be of better quality and replaced more often. When I mentioned it to the front desk clerk on checkout, she seemed to think that was comical that I even said something. The breakfast was not good. The eating area was dirty and a child had spilled dry cereal all over the floor and when I told the person working that area, they did nothing.

The location was good. Exterior was maintained.

The queen bed in our room was sliding when you sat on it and had a big dip. Beds could have been better more comfortable and the room needed some touch up done to it. You could hear everything going on outside your room door not very sound proof. A little disappointed for the reviews given

Door to bathroom didn't close securely and you could hear people opening and closing doors throughout the halls from inside the room.

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough. Overall just a pleasant experience.

The breakfast was supposed to be from 6:30-9:30 am. We went down a little before 9:00 and there was only a small spoonful of scrambled eggs that were really watery, one piece of sausage and some gravy. We said something like wonder why they don’t replenish and a lady came out and said it was closing soon. We were really disappointed in the breakfast. By 9:10 they were cleaning it up.

It was a good price for what we did.

Elevator slow & seemed like the motion sensor that should stop door from closing and open it back up when movement is detected needs an adjustment cuz it tried to close up on my friend in electric scooter(wheelchair) many times...and other guests as well

The card key for the room did not work. We had to go back to have it reactivated. The breakfast was terrible. What there was of it. How long does it take to make precooked sausage?

The Restroom bottom tiles were pulled off and the beds were extremely too high. Paint was chipped off in many areas. For the second time the pool was closed. The fridge did not cool any of our drinks. The remote control did not work
