The television system was horrible. No local channels. (DISH) Hard to navigate. Maybe the worst I've experienced in a hotel. No other issues.

Room was clean and large. Bathroom was clean. Shower was excellent. Breakfast was top notch for hotel food with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy and the ability to make waffles, along with the cereal and toast.

We were welcomed by Shiva. He was helpful and friendly. The room was spacious. Good breakfast with waffles, eggs and sausages, plus cereals, yogurt, bagels etc.

The bed sunk into the middle

It was very clean, very spacious, the lobby/ breakfast area was large and we were able to relax at night and enjoy dinner we had brought in. The breakfast was amazing. Lots of choices. Many hot foods.

Room was remodeled and breakfast was pretty fair, for the USA that is. Don't ever compare a USA hotel breakfast to Europe hotels - not even close.

Room was pretty basic but updated and clean. Vinyl flooring, which is a plus for cleanliness, especially since they allow pets. Nice morning breakfast with lots of choices.

There was some construction work going on at night close to the hotel which was a little noisy, but we slept well anyways.

The breakfast was great and the staff was kind and helpful. All in all a great stay!

The night guy who checked us in wasn’t very personable. He barely spoke to me. He was on his phone in the back room when we came in and I think he was mad that we disrupted him. The morning guy who checked us out was very nice and friendly though.

I loved the location (close to the hospital I was having surgery at). I liked how clean everything was. The lobby, my room, the bathroom. The bed was surprisingly comfortable (which almost never happens to me).

Couldn't get the TV remote to work. After several attempts we realized the remote from the second TV was the one that worked the primary TV. Volume was rather loud until we figured that out. No bar/restaurant service.

The chemical smell from the cleaning of my room was a bit overwhelming. Glad to know that the room was cleaned well though. Thank you!

All of the staff members I had contact with were both courteous and professional. I also liked that the hotel site explains in great detail how check-in will work and any additional fees that may be charged at the time of check-in. I also really enjoyed the hot tub. It had the perfect temperature and appeared clean. I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel due to my personal schedule but the smell of the breakfast foods walking through the lobby was wonderful. I can only imagine it tasted great!

We had problems with the TV. Called front desk, came and fixed. But later it wasn't working again. ( this was the TV in by beds) Also felt there should be light above shower. Too dark in bathroom

The bathroom had one background light behind the mirror which was not helpful when getting ready for my friends wedding. The sheets and the comforter had stains that i noticed the next day.

Leo, who checked us in was very nice and professional. One of our rooms were accidentally booked on the wrong date (our fault) but Leo was able to get us in and close together.
