The person that was working front desk was rude and disrespectful. I’m thinking he was racist because I was black when I first walked in the building he was looking me up and down and already had a attitude.

Hot water in tub barely hot and water pressure not good Noisy guests on my floor made it impossible to sleep. Coffee in room not good quality.

Was not able to partake. Flight too early and breakfast was not being served yet.

The shower head needed the calcium removed to work properly (water wasn’t coming out well). The tv box didn’t work so we couldn’t watch tv. Definitely wasn’t worth the $557 we had to pay because it was the weekend of the Notre Dame game.

Nice looking lobby and outside, loved that it didn’t have carpet in the room.

They pool was not open "Down for maintenance" we were told. That was disappointing for the kids. At first we were not but in the room we booked. We booked a room for 5 people, 2 queen bed n a sofa. We were put in a room with 2 full beds, no sofa. I even showed him out email confirmation When we complained the stuff person said it was not their fault but Booking.coms fault. In order to get the room we originally booked we had to pay $29 MORE.

They almost canceled my reservation bcuz they tried charging my ccard early even tho it said on Booking.com we cud pay at the property. I think they were trying to make us pay more bcuz of the football game n labor day weekend. All n all we got the rm at the price we were promised.

The blankets had stains and holes in them. Bedding could have been cleaner.

had a room by the boiler room , noisy all night , and water leaked from boiler room into my room , wetting my stuff , no response back from management

Half 'n half should have been available for coffee.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and breakfast was good.

It was loud whether it was traffic outside, slamming doors or people above you on another floor. We went to use the ice bucket and there was garbage in it from someone else. The coffee packs left for us had someone else’s spilled coffee all over the packaging.

The pool was much smaller then the pictures lead us to believe. We were road tripping and tired and needed entertainment for the kids and it was really small, you couldn’t jump or swim around without bothering others.

I was disappointed in the timing for breakfast. 9 am is very early for a weekend. At 8 :30 the hot entress were gone, syrup out, pancake maker was out of order, and no bread selection available other than 2 bagels. Had to go off property to purchase breakfast. The room was clean. Pool room looked good from a distance but was very small. Did not use due to lack of space.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The were happy to engage in conversation. Very nice and inviting entry way with front desk and breakfast room. We The size of the towels were actually big enough to wrap around plus size body!! M.m

On the road side rooms the traffic is quite loud. There also is a strange vibration in the building that happens every so many minutes. Very noticeable in the middle of the night. Beds not very comfortable.

I loved the location, the facilities and the staff was amazing.
