The parking was a little difficult for me. Trying to get in and out of the closest parking garage to the hotel in this weather was extremely nerve wrecking for me but other than that the stay was great even though my family and I was in Chicago for a funeral.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was very clean and comfotable and it had everything in it that we needed. Also the breakfast was delicious although I do enjoy having bacon and scrambled eggs some mornings for breakfast and it wasn't served the whole weekend so I assumed it's not on your menu.

Well located for walking to downtown Chicago but quiet at the same time. We stayed in a "conference room" which was enormous! Beds were very comfortable, a large bathroom & generous separate bedroom, with a separate conference room. We only needed an overnight stay after arriving on a late flight & departing to our next destination the next day. Staff were nice enough but not overly friendly or helpful - more like just doing their job & nothing else.

Cold breakfast had nothing I could eat the first morning, I did get a small bun the next day, The coffee was excellent, the waffle station was mobbed entirely both mornings, inaccessible. we had breakfast at Starbucks.

The room was fine for three women traveling together, clean and comfortable. But I wouldn't call it a "suite", it was a large room with a king bed and a couch and a desk. Location was super.

The breakfast. It was the holiday season and I expected a nice breakfast on Christmas morning but was very disappointed with what was available. Our shower door leaked so the bath mat got soaked every day and we had to wring it and hang dry it.

The receptionist was super friendly and informative - I think Kara was her name. As first-time Chicago visitors, she gave us plenty of places to visit and things to do. The room was clean and well-presented. Breakfast was included in our stay which was a nice little bonus.

The front desk staff was less than friendly. The elevator acted up when were there, we thought maybe we would be stuck on it. Breakfast staff less than friendly, too.

I thought the rooms were clean, the water was hot, the location was great and the breakfast in morning was good. There were several outlets in the room, furniture was modern.

The breakfast was inedible. I ate it the first day only. Everything was so unhealthy to eat. You could improve it with better bread, better coffee, and offer some cheese.

Not a very professional setting when staff are sitting on the reception counters every time you go down stairs to go out the front door. It didn't seem like a real professional atmosphere.

The breakfast was not good...biscuit and gravy isnt the healthiest choice. The only fresh fruit was bananas each day. Fresh and healthy really needs to be updated for their breakfast.

The key card situation our second one didn’t work. Also, in the bathrooms it would’ve been nice to have a Kleenex box and extra shampoo and body wash. What was there wasn’t enough for both I and my boyfriend.

This year the parking was crazy high. We park same place every year and leave once in a 48 hour period and was charged 210.00 time to maybe look at other options as this 3x what we normally paid.

This is our 5th year staying there. Conveniently located so we are able to walk to most things.
