The air conditioning was broken and had to be replaced during my stay. They vacuumed the hall late at night and there was a lot of noisy drunks in the hall late at night

Horrible horrible the weekend was crazy with the bar right next to it fights in the parking lot drunk people walking everywhere the whole place might like dog pee it's pretty bad run away from here

The staff in the front try to do the best I guess we had to change room through a few times but they did what they could for it being graduation week we couldn't get a room nowhere else so we got stuck there too bad the place wasn't as good as the staff

First, when I came in that was one person in front of me trying to check in. It took three receptionist 30 minutes to check him in receptionist had a very dirty sweatshirt on with stains on it very unprofessional also she took a half hour on myself to get checked in. my room was dirty. There was no fresh toiletry and the room smelled.

There was NO breakfast only a pathetic bagged breakfast There was NO pool available and it was 80 degrees outside...talk about some disappointed kids My room had NO fridge OR microwave No remote for the TV so we couldnt even adjust the volume Housekeeping SUCKED...when you have a stay over they at LEAST be taking out the trash from your room and checking your towel situation...they did NEITHER NEITHER ice machine inside worked The facility in general needs MAJOR overhaul/remodel...blinds they use are cheap and nasty...bathtub finishes cracked and peeling The check in staff were stuffy and not friendly only cared about checking that my ID and credit card matched The way this motel is portrayed on the website is a total LIE!!! I have stayed at other La Quinta motels and thos by far the WORST...they should be more complaints being posted as other people i spoke with were NOT happy with their rooms either. Room 220 stay 5/10-5/12 2024...i want my money back!!!

Every single thing from the check out to the sack breakfast especially as a non meat eater. The beds, carpet and bathroom was fiilthy dirty and nasty!🤢

The location was good. The entire place was a disgrace it was nasty, filthy stinky. I couldn’t sleep at all. They are giving the Laquinta a bad name. That was my first bad experience at a Laquinta hotel.

Firstly I found other people's trash in the room- the irony was half a box of someone's half smoked cigarettes ( when I checked in at 3:15pm the lady repeated that it was a nonsmoking facility more than once) and while walking in two of the doors to other areas had smoke on them as if they'd had a fire inside before. Around 11 a fire alarm randomly went off. The AC barely worked and was filthy. The shower head was so full of build up that it sprayed water ALL OVER THE BATHROOM. So we couldn't shower. The coffee pot didn't work. The TV didn't work. The location wasn't great but wasn't terrible other than there was a bar next door with lots of shady clientele, in which the parking lot was covered in glass bottles the next morning. The pool is completely shut down. And no breakfast was served in the morning, and no one was at the front desk to check us out. The janitor told me just to put the hotel key on the front desk...so I had no one to tell any of this too. Also the phone in the room didnt work, when I used my cell to call the front desk to inform them of all this-- I called twice and no one answered. Oh and a lock was broken on the room door.

Well. The bed was clean (?!?!?) and the lights worked. That's about it.

It was a 3 star rated hotel & I would give it 0 stars. The place reeked of weed & cigarettes. Even though it says no smoking all over the place. Our room was dirty, stains on the bedding like it hadn’t been changed. The floor had crumbs all over it like it hadn’t been vacuumed.

The rooms were extremely run down and the room I was moved to had a broken bedside lamp as well as seemingly burnt and rather unsafe outlet located beneath the two lamps located between the two beds that not only didn't turn on at all but appeared to be a potential fire hazard waiting to happen. The beds were clean and comfortable but the bathroom light flickered periodically after being on for a few minutes. The covering on the window should've had a solid non-transparent shade behind it in addition to the multicolored one that you could pretty much see through from the outside at night with room's led lighting and the room being located on the main floor. The fridge in the room was heavily frosted over in the freezer portion and the door on it didn't stay closed almost as if the seal was bad and couldn't hold it closed properly. Lastly, the security flip lock portion at the top of the door on the inside of the room had been previously removed and never replaced which was also a privacy/personal safety concern. Definitely not at all what I was expecting at all being that I have stayed at that location many times within the last 2-3 years and think very highly of the La Quinta Inn Hotels by Wyndham chain as well admire the affordability and comfort I have experienced in the past.

The desk clerk was helpful in slightly upgrading me free of charge to a room with a microwave and a working tv when I had gone back to the lobby to inform him that the tv in the first room I was given was nonfunctional and that there wasn't a microwave in the room and I had bought microwaveable frozen pizzas for my son and I so it was a much needed item so he moved me to another room without any hesitation which was much appreciated.

1. Upon arrival there were 2 police trying to remove a homeless couple 2. front desk clerk rude and unapologetic when we returned to the front desk again because he issued us our room that was still dirty/beds unmade/garbage everywhere. 3. I emailed prior to arricing requesting a room with fridge since we were staying for 3 days. Had no fridge in 2nd room. went to front desk for the 3rd time he continued to talk on his cell phone as I waited patently, he just shoved my room key to me without saying a word. 4) Multiple Dirty tissues left on bathroom shelves and under toilet. 5) Have signs posted in room that it will be cleaned daily (beds made/clean towels ect to notify if you DO NOT want service. After being at Hospice center all day with my mother I returned to a hotel room with no clean towels. I went to front desk again night clerk informed me that's just not how they do it there if I want service I need to leave my garbage at the door when I leave for the day and get the towels as I need. 6 Very Very skeptical neighborhood. I was tired and did sleep good but regardless I should of left after the first 7 red flags because I woke up early excited for a decent included breakfast... I received a brown sack with 2 mini muffins and 2 granola bars. Would never recommend this location to a single soul
