They need to upgrade the facility, it was more run down than I have come to expect from La Quinta hotels. They also didn't have any decaf coffee anywhere on the property. Plenty of regular coffee, but for those of us who are now sensitive to caffeine, not a drop or a pack to be had anywhere. I mean how hard is that to do? Sheesh, not very thoughtful for patrons.

oddly enough, I was unable to get extra blankets.. And when communicating to the front desk that the telephone and the blow dryer did not work. I was told there was nothing they could do.. I had go to bed with wet hair.. Definitely ruined my stay.

No cover for the bed. Loud. Still no shuttle due to Covid? what did the president say? Minimal breakfast. Sheets appeared dirty. Clock did not work. I don’t even know why there was a phone in the room. It didn’t work. Old, uncomfortable bed. Most of the electric outlets didn’t work.

They advertise having an airport shuttle but it’s actually “not operational.” The entire reason why I booked this place was for the airport shuttle but I had to call an Uber instead.

So dirty and unkept! From carpeting to lampshades, all needed cleaning or replacing. Definitely not what I expect from a LaQuinta. Even found empty bottle between bed and nightstand.

Dirty room. They served only coffee and muffins for breakfast. The bedsheet was so dirty that I woke up with rashes and itchy skin on my chest. Later I noticed there were a lot of stains on it.

The price was way too high for what we received. AC had tremendous problems, shower was only fiery hot or ice cold, and a maintenance worker walked into our room unannounced on the first night. Overall, very poor amenities, given the few very few there were.

It was conveniently located half a mile from airport and allowed us VERY early check-out.

Well once i walk in it smell funny had stains on carpet it had stain on chair there was trash under the beds it has dirty pamper under the bed had scratch on bathroom dirty tub thats why i didnt used it there was stuff on drawers someone before me i dont like the mirror on wall curtain dirty thry can see you thru the window thru mirror and the door was hard to close sometimes the key cards dont work

Well they had friendlys staff and girl staff that work on Friday afternoon that help me how to unlock the door show me how used key cards and she did good bonus help

When I arrived a bit after noon, I asked if I could store my bag till check in, they said no, so had to carry my bag with Ike exploring Reno. additionally picked the hotel because they said they had an airport shuttle. since COVID 3 years ago they stoped the shuttle, but didnm5 change the website. Feel like they are baiting and switching. also room was so cold, even with ax off and the 2 sheets they gave didn’t help much.

The bed was very soft.

Location is trashy. Clientele trashy. 1st room was not clean, hair and dirt in bathroom. Chair had some weird stains on it. Dirty prints on doors and wall. No attention to detail. No ice buckets No pool open. Bfast was lame Cereal

The rooms were fine, breakfast was more like a snack, and the beds were fine.

carpet was nasty it needed to be shampoo, dresser drawers and had dabrie. we had to call front desk, the security lock. had us us stuck in the room maintenance had to get us out
