Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Statesthe property was decent … i had 2 rooms, in the back one didnt not have a mini refrigerator nor microwave. my daughter got the hotel and she had to wait until i got to the hotel because she did physical id there. Thats stupid , second when i called i did told the person ( female) my was going to be there earlier then me and she was going to pay when she gets there, booking was aware i was going to pay at the location. i call the front and spoke to a male( front office) he was rude … so my daughter waiting in the truck with my grandkids outside till i got there. my daughter has coming to san antonio running from the tornado and no light and making sure my grandkid who was asthma and allergy…the morning staff was great and helpful… but the late night staff has bad!!! oh and in the back there was alot of people outside in the parking making me and my grandkids feeling unsure!!!!!

United StatesThe rooms tv remote and a few of the lights didn’t work in our room. Also our bed sheets had stains on them, when we came in they may have been washed but it’s just a bad look to have stains that make the bed look dirty. Same goes for the walls and restrooms had lots of stains that just overall didn’t make it feel to clean and doesn’t feel like effort was made to fix these things.
The front staff was really helpful and kind from the start of our stay til the end. Very nice and welcoming energy and willing to help out at any time.

United KingdomThe location was a bit rough and security was not amazing. A homeless man wandered into breakfast and started taking food before being removed by staff, and I was a bit worried by multiple signs telling you to deadlock the doors at night and be careful about your safety. Nothing bad happened, but it was a bit unsettling. We arrived to a police officer chasing a man down the carriageway outside the motel. Not nearly as good as other La Quinta stays (other locations) for the same price.
It was very affordable and reasonably well located (right off the Interstate) for access to San Antonio. Breakfast was a good addition and included, which was a nice touch.

United StatesThe room smelled incredibly powerfully like gym socks. It was amazing. How?? Did someone die in there? The other guests looked pretty rough, so maybe. I got nose-blind quickly, but that window I mentioned? So glad it could open. The lighting was okay but not great. It is on a busy street with no charm or character whatsoever - you could be in any city in America, they all have a street by the freeway like this - and it was close enough to the railroad tracks that you could hear the train's lonesome HONK HONK periodically.
The breakfast was modest, but fine. You get to make yourself some Texas-shaped waffles! The coffee was drinkable. The pool was open and looked clean. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable - I slept great. The shower was hot and the towels were clean. The toilet worked. There were no amenities in the room like a mini-fridge or coffee maker, but the property did have ice. The A/C worked well and was quiet; also, the window opened and had a screen. The people who worked there were friendly. The lobby was welcoming. It wasn't a luxury place by any means, but it was okay for catching some zzz's and the price was right. It looked like there were laundry facilities. It was so cheap that you could live there long-term, and I suspect that was the case for many of the residents.

United StatesIt’s outdated. Old carpets , old furniture, old curtains. Smells very odd. Roaches throughout. Peeling paint and rusted areas. People hanging around outside, wasn’t sure if they were guests or just people lingering.
The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Pretty convenient location for what I needed. I did have a smart Tv so that was cool.
