The young lady at the front desk that I repeatedly told her I had pre paid, ran my card and charged me a second time. While I understand we are human and make mistakes, as a customer service person...they need to listen. In three days I'll get money back. Was the only drawback

The rooms are great size, the beds are very comfy, and 24 hr coffee. Very clean outside, big greeting room upon entry.

I didn't care for the water pressure in the shower I wished it had a stronger output. I went to use the guest laundry and two of the machines were broke down. I was able to wash a load of my husband's clothes. However, make sure you have lot of quarters because the front desk does not keep change on hand! I had to drive 2.5 miles to get change so I could dry his close, but when I went to use the dryer I got $2.50 in and then it started over counting again and just took my money. And they have 2 elevators, but one was out of order. I guess there was a high school golf tournament that weekend, so using 1 elevator was rough.

I loved the cleanliness of the room and the beds were not too soft which was great for my back. The refrigerator was great and got really cold so our drinks stayed cold!

Breakfast wasn’t very fresh and not much for hot foods. Powdered eggs that had sat too long and sausage links. Very disappointing. LaQuinta usually has much higher standards.

Prefer a ventilation fan in the bathroom. There was a loud noise like wind blowing in a vent…but no vents I could find. It was distracting and I didn’t sleep well because of it. Bed was uncomfortable and the protector pad on the bed was not zipper enclosed like good bedbug protectors are. Overall very good.

The shower door would not stay shut when taking a shower. The only flag being flown outside, was a tattered Oklahoma flag. 3 poles only one old flag.

Cleaning people didn't refill tissue, toilet paper (just the extra roll), or the complementary bathroom stuff after the first day of a 3 night stay. Could have done a better job making the bed. Handles on the waffle maker were loose and couldn't make waffles. Wish there was bacon as a choice.

We have stayed there before and will again. Comfy rooms, very helpful and polite staff. Breakfast was good as usual and everything was kept neat, filled and clean. I like a cup of milk in the morning and it is always very cold and good here. I liked it so much last stay that I looked forward to it this time and was not disappointed.

The AC units in the rooms need to be supported as outside air would blow in.

Breakfast, specifically the scrambled eggs. They were seriously gross and dry. Seemed like they had been cooked days before. Sausage was good. Coffee was barely ok. Waffles are good but it’s almost impossible to screw those up.

No water when we arrived which the staff was trying to handle. It’s started raining the next morning and our ceiling started leaking and window leaked water into the air conditioner

I don’t know why type or cleaner they use but when I entered my room, I was about knocked over from whatever it was. I had to go buy air freshener in order to get the smell out and even then it still was over powering. That part made for a very unpleasant stay. Not to mention the A/C was physically damaged but did still work. But the smell….woof.

Everything was clean and pristine, for the most part.
