Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaI could hear the boys on our floor yelling in the hallways early in the morning. We could hear the couple next to our room arguing, stomping, slamming doors. Rooms are not well insulated or not very sound proof.
Bed is comfortable, lobby seems warm and welcoming. Lighting is good in the parking lot, I felt safe. Front desk staff were friendly.

If Quality Inn is allowing that to happen, then I should able to stop by and help myself to breakfast without having stay the night. I believe in helping people in need but if that's the case be fairly to all.

CanadaThe front desk did not know the area when we asked for a place to purchase beer. The person waiting behind us told us where to go. Coffee machine made 1/2 cups of coffee. Toiletries were only enough for one shower and they were not replenished. The neighboring room sounded like we were in the same room. We could hear everything they talked about.
The bed was comfortable. There was a microwave and fridge.

United StatesI would highly recommend Disabled parking in the back closest to door. This last visit the parking was packed and the disabled parking is not very close in the front, but at least there were some.
This location is always clean. I had asked if they could make my bath water hotter..before I knew it the maintenance man was at my door and took care of it right away ;)
