1,st room they assigned to me was noisy, it was next to the elevator's shaft. They moved me to another room but failed to change my 3AM wake up call. Hence I almost missed my air flight to the Charlotte Airport

The breakfast had a variety of food that tasted good. The room we had included a working space and small "living room". Overall the size of the room was great. I can not agree to the several bad feedbacks given on google, we had a complete other experience at this place.

The front desk was never staffed. I had to ring a bell each time to get someone to come. The room was not well cleaned especially the bathroom. Every ice machine of the property was broken. I called the front desk to ask if I could possibly get some ice from the kitchen and the young man said he looked into and call me back which he never did. The next morning after taking a shower, I discovered there was no blow dryer. I called housekeeping and the front desk multiple times over 10 minutes with no answer from either department. I finally had to walk downstairs to find someone myself and flagged a housekeeper who found the manager in a staff area who said they didn’t have a extras. So Eventually the housekeeper went into an empty room and found one for me. The whole process took 15-20, minutes and I was late to my appointment.

The location was good for what I needed. The breakfast was okay. The mattress was actually fine too.

The fact that we didn't get the room we wanted because "it wasn't made up yet" (after 3:00 check in time), the key card didn't work and we had to get assistance from the desk clerk and a worker, the pillows were awful, the bed creaked when you sat on it or moved in your sleep, there was hair in the bathtub and some dirt under the sick, no bath mat, 1 wash cloth for 2 people, only 1 bar of soap, when we checked in the desk clerk left us twice while she went elsewhere and was not very friendly, no clock in room. We probably will go to another hotel next time. Very disappointed.

The furniture in the rooms were stained and smelly. The phone had no usable buttons and we requested a new one which never came. It should have been much cleaner for the price we paid. Closet door would not stay closed. Laundry facilities were out of order the entire time we stayed.

Breakfast was good, main hotel was clean, convenient location. The staff was generally friendly.

The hot tub was not working. The room could have been cleaner. Deeper cleaning needs to be done. Overall, the room served our needs.

The location was convenient. Parkin was easy. My wife left her cell phone on a bench at the entrance. Someone found it and turned it in to the desk. The desk promptly returned it when asked. The staff was friendly.

There were no control knobs on the ac to change the room temp. It was very warm in the room. No blow dryer in room. Called downstairs to the desk and was told they had one and would send it up…never did arrive!

The trash was all over in the hall and the ice machine was broken on The floor we were on and it was not very clean in my room. Laundry facilities were out of order. Also the breakfast could have been better as well.

The staff was very good and the laundry facilities were broken but the person on duty actually did my laundry in the motel laundry which was very nice.
