The bathroom could use a bit of deep cleaning, but it wasn't terrible.

Our room was overall very comfortable, had a fridge and microwave, and was pet friendly (with well maintained potty areas which is awesome). We appreciated the free breakfast, pool area, and free parking. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. It's about a 30 minute drive to Zion, and was much more reasonably priced than closer hotels.

Breakfast of poor quality. Lots of plastic packed products, mainly sugary stuff. Poor choice. No stairs available to be used. We were forced to use elevator (one floor only). Only one was working and it was super slow.

Very nice rooms: specious, nice decor, very comfortable beds, super clean. Good location: 30min drive to the Zion park entrance. Very friendly staff Water dispenser available to re-fill your bottles. Also, coffee, tea and flavoured water at the lobby.

The sound proofing of the rooms could have been better, could hear people all around us at times. The breakfast area got messy at peak times (spilled milk/cereal, tables not clean, full garbage bins). I also wish that all the breakdast dishes wouldn't be disposable, it's so wasteful.

The rooms were a good size and comfortable. Queen sized beds, fridge, microwave and coffee maker were all there. Everything was clean. We could get coffee from the lobby all the time, since it was always available. The breakfast was included and was enough food to keep us happy. The pool area was an added bonus on a hot afternoon. There is a good grocery store just down the street. Half an hour from Zion. One of the nicest hotels, out of the 7 that we stayed at on our trip as far as what was offered (breakfast, pool, modern look/feel) and it was the cheapest.

Elevator was in maintenance on and off during our stay. Also the rooms were a little noisy with loud neighbors but that is not the hotels fault.

Excellent spot just 30 min away from Zion NP. Very well kept property and rooms. Breakfast was free and awesome.

The breakfast choices were minimal. Unfortunately there was not a lot that I could eat. I would have really appreciated some fresh fruits, plain hard-boiled eggs, and plain greek yogurt. For traditional breakfast lovers though, there was a good selection of cereal, waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon and bagels (no whole grain though).

The soundproof could be better. We can hear the people upstairs walking but it's not a big deal.

The location is great! Close to Zion National Park. The breakfast is good and the staff are friendly. The room is clean and the bed is comfy with good support for your weary body after a long hike!

The price we are paying the Breakfast could have been better. Not a fan of the liquid scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon were not browned. Saw a lot of people throwing stuff away.

All of the doors to the hotel were unlocked so anyone could walk in. Trailers and big trucks took up most of the parking spots. One elevator was not working.

Our stay at the hotel was good. The hotel staff gave us a spacious room which was helpful to manage our son. Other facilities such as gym and pool were also available which made our stay even more pleasant.

The swimming pool and spa were outdoor facility and not suitable for use in winter conditions.

The breakfast was decent, more than one option and super easy and fast to assemble om a plate. Although, the eggs were a bit wet, I think they may be power eggs or something. Otherwise great!
