The only things were the shower didn't drain at all and the hiar dryer sounded like it was going to explode.

The staff was very nice and kind when checking in. The room was nice. It was clean and the beds were nice.

There was a clog in our shower, the room smelled like smoke, the swimming pool was closed, staff arguing amongst themselves in front of customers.

Your staff made changes upon my request and sent confirmation, but hotel said never received. Almost didn't get a room! Site staff fixed issue and save the day. Was disappointed in Booking. Com follow up

Very unclean. Some of the cleanliness issues were from long-term stains, wear, tears in upholstery, scrapes in bathtubs and toilets, etc. that are more to blame on facilities. Other cleanliness issues were things like dead bugs on floors, beds with crumbs and hairs on them, hairs and dust on toilet and sink areas, etc. that are more about the cleaning between stays.

Lobby staff were kind, friendly, and efficient. Check in and check out were easy and quick.

Loud environment, not super clean, smelled like perfume covered smoke

Room smelled of smoke. Bed linens smelled of smoke. It was supposed to be a non smoking room.

Doors were outside facing which made it easier for the dogs. Access to ice machines. Fridge and microwave in room.

Roaches in the room, stains on the bed sheets, and restroom mats. The front desk guy was understanding of us wanting a new room and let us check it out before switching rooms... no roaches in that one. They provide you with coffee and a coffee machine/ cups, but after you use it all, they do not replace it. There were 2 adults and 2 coffee cups provided, but after we used it the first day, there were no more refills. There was miscommunication with me adding another stay to the hotel. The front desk lady was getting frustrated and rude with me when I was trying to explain myself as was I. I don't blame her fully as she was getting push back from her manager to have us kicked out for our extra stay not going through on time (for whatever reason) , had to cut our lunch short and speed back to the hotel since they also locked our stuff up in the room. After it was all figured out, we got new keys, and everything was fine. (She was nice the other times) Only reason we stayed was because we already paid and didn't want to lose out on any money and only reason we added the extra day was because we didn't want to go through the hassle of finding another hotel lol. I was excited to stay at La Quinta since this was my first time staying at one of their branches, BUT had I known it wasn't one of the nicer locations I wouldn't have booked. It def ruined my expectations for the other locations, but hopefully, they're all not like this. Now, if you're looking for a cheap DECENT hotel, then this one will work! Believe me, I have stayed at worse.

Room wasn’t really clean tub was VERY NASTY no I didn’t bring it to there attention because I was in and out a lot I just used my family hotel for showering at another hotel

The room wasn't very clean - There was a stain on the sheets, there were some bugs in the room, and the bathroom counter wasn't wiped down.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I didn't like the fact that there were dog feces on the grass everywhere. I didn't like that the bathtub felt like there was a crack in it I guess they had relined the tub. It made my foot sit at an odd angle like I twisted my ankle when I was trying to take a shower.. I had a king room and they used an old office chair that kept lowering itself. My sister and I were having lunch in the room and I had to pull the recliner over to the table to allow for enough seating.

I liked that the old carpet had been removed and a different flooring had been put down. I like that the hotel was near restaurants.

There was mold on the bathroom door frame. MSNBC channel was playing in the breakfast room spouting typical garbage.

This is the second year in a row that I booked this hotel and the second year the swimming pool was not open. Disappointed again!!! Floors in our room looked clean but after walking around in our socks, the bottom of our socks were black.
