We had a problem finding a room when we got there. The first couple of rooms had mechanical problems that hadn’t been reported. But the manager, that had just taken over, took care of it.

It was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Nice breakfast.

The day after our first night we left everything organized so the cleaning lady can clean up the room but when we came back it was all the same. We call front desk and they told us that the room cleaning services is every 3 days. So we asked for towels at least and we had to pick up them from the front desk, at the main office entrance and we were at the 4th floor.

Old hotel. Not very modern. Walls are thin. Quality of breakfast was not very good.

Check in didn't accept our travel cards, which was odd as everywhere else it was fine.

Only an overnight stop as we were traveling through to the Everglades. Therefore it served us well. Close to a number of chain food stores.

The furniture was old and broken. The toilet looked a mess especially down but the floor. The breakfast was not fit to eat and not kept full enough to make you want to eat it.

The manager was wonderful. Very kind and helpful. I may stay there again but not recommend it to anyone else.

The only real issues were that they were under renovation and I'm sure the call that out and they could use a few signs off the highway pointing you in their direction. Some garbage truck, etc noise in the am too

The toilet was constantly leaking, so the floor in the bathroom was always wet. The shower curtain holder was lopsided, so the curtain was always opening. The power sockets/switches were not attached to the wall properly, so there were huge gaps between them. The breakfast was mediocre.

We had many issues with failed key access to our room. After several tries to fix things, we then had a room that wouldn't lock at all thus had to move rooms. The only room available was a handicapped room. The bedroom was more crowded to accommodate the larger bathroom. The bathroom floor was filthy, probably because the toilet leaked which caused muddy footprints but that should have been cleaned in between guests. The shower was a disaster between a sagging curved shower curtain which made the curtain fall to the center and hang outside the shallow sill causing about 2/3 of the bathroom floor to be a puddle. This meant using towels on the floor causing us to have to ask for housekeeping service when the standard policy is to only provide it after 3 days. The AC in the first room didn't work and overall the furniture, fixtures, and walls have taken a beating and really need refurbishment. The whole place just isn't up to Wyndham standards.

We had many problems but the staff was very nice and really tried hard to help.

Our first room was not accessible with our key or with the master so moved to another room which was accessible with a master key but not our keys. We were promised the staff would let us in and out as needed which they did. No gluten free bread or muffin options. Eggs were lukewarm and crumbly.

We arrived late and the type of room we reserved was not available so they upgraded us to a suite which sounded great but then the issues started. The staff was very pleasant and helpful but the problems were beyond their control. Breakfast was typical and mediocre but I did appreciate that there was yogurt and a non juice/non coffee/non water/low calorie beverage choice.

Surrounding area was bland but we were able to walk to a number of fast food restaurants. The hotel was easy to reach by car.

WiFi did not work for two days—big problem. Breakfast area was out of coffee, hot water, waffle batter, eggs and yogurt at the same time and breakfast still had over an hour to go. Nobody seemed to be in charge!
