Our inside door handle fell off, but thankfully it happened when we opened the door, so we were able to get out. They had it fixed by the time we returned to our room that evening. The mobility shower gets water all over the bathroom floor, and the hose hanger is really odd to figure out. But it all works once you figure out how to deal with it.

Great location, right in the middle of shopping and tons of restaurants. Bell Road and freeway access gets you to everywhere you need to go. We’ve stayed here twice. Dog friendly with grassy area and poop station! EXTREMELY QUIET ROOMS. We never hear people in hallways or other rooms…. not even water running. That’s unheard of in hotels!

No air conditioning in hallways and lobby as there were extreme temperatures outside around 118 degrees as well as ice machines not working either.

Common areas, hall, elevator, breakfast room uncomfortably warm. Ice machine broken on second floor. Juice machine broken at breakfast. No “cool” drinks, not even ice water available at breakfast, except $2 bottles of water in the vending machine.

Room was good size and clean. Staff was mostly friendly.

Customer service rep made no eye contact, tell use about morning breakfast, first room 408 was messy beds were worn and look sloppily made, bathroom door was wonky and their was rust visible in tub with hair on floor, toilet bubbling and making loud noises, and second room was better than the first room was cleaner and more presentable. Desk clerk brought our second set of keys and said she’d note the toilet issue.

The location and the lobby area was nice.

We accidentally left a pillow behind and told a friend to pick it up. The front desk person (male) said they’d have it ready for the friend picking it up at the front desk and the employee ended up giving them a normal hotel pillow instead of ours. We didn’t find out until we were home, about 6 hours away. I was very upset they didn’t return our pillow and made it so difficult to retrieve our item. It had a very distinctively different pillowcase. Very upsetting.

It was a very pleasant stay. I would stay again. Good neighborhood that is close to many stores and restaurants. Easy to drive to. We were on the first floor and it wasn’t noisy. Decent breakfast selection but nothing too fancy.

Had a long walk to the room from the elevator. I am handicapped so it was inconvenient. Bathroom door was faulty- hinges coming out of the frame.

property is getting run down. I am not sure a lot has been done since I stayed here ten years ago. doors need updated locks- a lot of guests were having problems with doors not just me. this needs updating. some of the staff are aloof/non friendly. need to have swim towels ready moser often instead always running out.

I stayed here 10 years ago. the property is a good location to Spring Training. Some of the staff are exceptional. (Such as the breakfast lady that is older and Thomas).

Breakfast was poor. Ate a couple of bagels first day and then went to IHOP every morning following our stay. Did not expect breakfast for a La Quinta and price of hotel to be so bad. The eleavator is old, very slow and noisy.

Very comfortable bed although pillows lacked support. Nice sized room and was quiet.

Screaming, crying, yelling, slamming doors, banging on walls from next door on my last night. There's only one washer and dryer for all guests. And who has change nowadays. Should upgrade to at least 2 of each machine and use credit/debit cards.

would be great if you had USB ports on the nightstand on each side of the bed.

I have a downstairs room with the king size bed. Right next to the entryway door which was nice. Continental breakfast sufficient as well.
