Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The interiors are really dated and need to be updated. the first room I was given was really disappointing. it was dark, old fashioned and overlooked a fence and absolutely not worth the price. the hotel staff are the saving Grace here, they could not have been more accommodating in finding me another room. The second room was much nicer, brighter and better view but still outdated and a bit depressing and in my opinion not befitting of a 5 star hotel. I was glad not to be staying for a few days.
The outside is gorgeous. lovely gardens, plenty of pools and facilities for your trip. everything b was spotlessly clean and the staff were incredible.

United StatesWhile the staff was helpful, we didn’t feel pampered. for example, there was no one coming around at the pool to take orders and all food is ordered from your phone. Nobody circled the pool to clean up and remove towels from lounge chairs. it felt very “contactless” which isn’t what 5 star hotels are doing these days.

The room was spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed the closeness of the “neighbourhood “ small pool area next to our rooms. We did get a free 2 hours extension of checkout time from 10am to noon.

United Statesthe pools were dirty with leaves all over and the pool floor was literally covered in dirt. there’s practically NO POOL service. so beware of that and come prepared :) if you want to enjoy a drink or food by the pool you’d have to hunt it yourself: either bring from a store or walk to the restaurant.
it’s a beautiful property in Spanish style. I loved our room. we had a deluxe king suite with patio. the room was clean, I loved the design. bed is comfortable. there are two restaurants at the property. I recommend you go to the Spanish one for dinner and American for breakfast. there’s a market place where you can get yourself a coffee with yogurt or croissant. the property offers remote check in and wireless key from your phone which is very convenient! make sure you download the Hilton Honors app to get the access.
