Set up of room. Only one bath towel, no wash cloths. Coffee maker was missing parts, and only one coffee packet. Door to clothes closet was missing and the free breakfast was pretty slim on choices.

Easy access to the freeway. Room was clean. Easy entry and parking. Helpful friendly staff.

I was a little disappointed in the staff. When I arrived in the evening, the desk clerk did not know much about restaurants in the area. She said, "She was new". Okay. Fair enough. So use the internet and check to assist your guest. Hotel services 101. I needed an iron and ironing board and called the front desk multiple times, however, no one answered and it went to a voice message many times. I left a message once. I later walked to the front desk (its about a 5 min walk from the rooms in the back of the property) to ask for an iron and the desk staff was smoking a cigarette in front of the hotel and proceeded to tell me "I am on a break". Okay. Fair enough. That surprised me. I had been calling for a couple hours intermittedly. Okay. Fine. Then when I returned later, the same man said, "I cannot leave the front desk" and "our maintenance guy has gone for the day" or something to that effect. Next day, in the morning, I needed to iron my shirts for an interview.... Housekeeping had not arrived yet. I eventually got an iron but this was just a bit much. Also as others have mentioned, there were several homeless people in tents lining the street that the hotel is positioned on and in the park behind the property. Some guests may not feel comfortable about this. I am not sure I would stay here again, knowing what I know.

Good breakfast, simple and hearty. Room was clean, shower pressure good, nice selection of channels on the tv, bed comfortable.

I was disappointed with the customer service. It lacked organization and... well customer service. No one was rude, just unorganized. I was also disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The bedclothes were clean and had, what seemed to be, a neutral order. Under the bed? Lots of dust bunnies and like, dirt pebbles. Everything above was obviously clean, but the floor could've used a closer inspection. The furniture, outlets, and lights needed better maintenance or finishing touches. The main room was a little tight with the queen bed and the furniture. The furniture needed some more maintenance or to be put together with more attention to detail. Fridge and microwave inside cabinet, with door that didn't close properly. Banged my knee twice.

I liked the location. I was pleasantly surprised by the lack of noise from the nearby freeway. It was a Friday night stay over and impressed with the lack of noise from others in the lot or neighboring rooms. The bathroom was huge, and toilet paper could have been placed a bit better, but the shower/bathtub was awesome. Easy to use and the hand holds in the shower were anchored nicely and didn't shake or feel loose at all.

The property is listed as a ‘hotel’ but is in actual face a ‘motel’, there were quite a few homeless persons on the road directly beneath my room who were making noise all hours of the night. This was very disturbing for my 4 and 11 year old. Also the heater in the room didn’t work properly

You could tell the room was old. The tub was stained and needed to be refurbished, I couldn’t adjust the shower head, the power button on the remote was missing so it was hard to turn the tv on/off. I didn’t feel as safe because there was a lot of people out at night by the pool smoking weed and being loud. It was ghetto.

The cleanliness of the rooms were questionable. The state of the rooms is in disrepair. It appears that the hotel or at least the two rooms we had could use a complete remodel.

The front desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast was a good variety of options. Check in and out was easy.

The signage was confusing, I wasn't sure I was in the right place. The TV didn't work, there was no hot water in the shower, the toilet ran for about 5 minutes after it was flushed. The furniture had definitely seen better days. The elevator floor had duct tape on it ,and the buttons were cracked and old.

The location is good, the man at the desk was very nice and helpful. The lobby is beautiful. The room was clean, and there's security on the property.

The room was nice, but the shower head in our room #344 was high and spraying on the ceiling. It looked like they didn't put plumbers tape on the threads. Also no way to adjust it, my fiance is short so it was a pain for her. I hope not all the rooms are like that.

Close to the freeway and downtown. Like that it's right by the river and park.
