The no refund policy, a way to sell rooms but unfair to consumer! Upon navigating the 3- 4 flights of stairs, ok (disabled) i came upon walkway which was in disrepair and outdated, the wood was old and worn from the weather! As I walked the length of walkway literally stepped on some boards which had loose nails and sagged. The railing was old as well. The day my family arrived it was an 85-90° degree day, I had requested an early as possible check in time and as such hopefully would have turned on refrigerator and A/C alas no , even though office person stated" she thought they had! Upon entering the cottage it was a weird layout the 2 main rooms living and bedroom were of decent size with a/c in both rooms. Bedroom A/c stopped working 1st night, no idea what was up with that. The refrigerator and microwave were very small not totally uncommon when you rent a room, the bathroom was so small and tight a child would have trouble sitting down. The Layout wasn't renter friendy at all with doors that opened upon othe r doors and towel racks that jabbed you in back every time you used sink or shower! IF you stay at Wiers Beach, you have better choices!😒

Have stayed there in the past (covid)yrs, couple times over the yrs. Usually not that bad, this time stayed (C Block) I felt the accommodations weren't up to pair!! First the room wasn't represented as they should have been!! The fact it was a cottage up 4 sets of stairs and partially obstructed view wasn't mentioned! Probably why the non refundable deposit policy!! Usually I stayed in M-rooms which afforded a much better view and drive ability up to room was available!! Not a option for C-Block!

Everything was wonderful and i really mean wonderful, but the bars are open until 2am, and the motorcycles and cars were racing up the street all night. I literally slept 3 hrs. And i had the a/c on full blast and my sleep sound on my phone. Not a big deal because we were only there for 2 nights, and we're adults, and we have no children with us. But i am very happy i chose to get my son a different place. Eileen

The view was amazing! Loved sitting on the porch in the morning with coffee, and a cocktail at night. There's nothing better than sitting on a porch overlooking the most beautiful lake.

We would have appreciated a deeper cleaning in our room before we got it, specially since rooms are not cleaned while you stay there. When we tried to talk to the person who was cleaning the rooms in the morning she never left her cell phone while we were standing in front of her and ignored us.

The view was amazing (worth waking up for the sunrise) and walking distance to the beach front shops. The room was very clean and smelled nice. The staff were very friendly and waited up for us to arrive as well as let us have a later checkout. They gave us tips on where to eat and shop.

We ordered a room with two double beds for 3, we got one double bed, with unconfutable madras the second bed was a open sofa unusable for sleep. The in the bathroom the toilet bowl was broken

The motel had better times, noisy AC.

This is a classic motel, but quite old. So, also room looks a bit out dated and sleeping couch was terrible to sleep on. The room was clean. Location near the water, but the whole town of Weirs beach is a bit 'faded glory'. Bookings did not communicate our change of dates, so on arrival there was no reservation on our name. Luckily the staff ws great and immediately arranged a room for us.

Dirty sheet on gold out couch. Very loud…thin walls. Had a couple of spiders in the room and a lot outside on the ceiling above the wicker couch. Would have been nice to sit outside but too many spiders.

Parking was really tight, poor craftsmanship of the cottage lead to bugs getting in at the ceiling beams, bathroom was extremely small.

We stayed in a clean and comfortable cottage. Loved the screen in porch, so nice to have with a dog. Owners are quick with responses to questions. Originally booked a motel room but after mentioning a pet, Kathy suggested a cottage. Best decision ever!

Hot water took a while to come through the shower - I turned it to all the way hot and had to wait 10 -15 minutes for it to get from freezing to warmer .

The parking area was gravel/dirt/mud that I tracked into the room due to rainy weather. No breakfast is offered and few eating options are nearby. There was no room service for the 4 days I stayed. I ran out of coffee in the room on Tuesday but the front office was closed all day and I was unable to get more. There was nobody to contact. I'm disappointed in the lack of service especially for the rate I paid.

I stayed here 4 nights. The office lady was friendly. The room is large with a desk and chair, couch, microwave, and refrigerator. These are cabin like units that overlook the lake. Parking is assigned. The bed was very comfy.

Beds beds and couch was uncomfortable, only one small bedside light fir the entire room and very dated. If I wanted to swim I would have been discouraged due to the pool being a pucktrid shade of green.
