The "Fountain restaurant" which is geared to light dining was awful. It was awful the last two times we stayed at he Dauphin..

We needed two connected rooms plus a separate two-person room on the upper floors of the central tower. We were on the 18th floor. it was perfect.

The bathroom area was poorly designed. There was very little room to move around. The door to the bathroom would open barely enough for an average person to get to the toilet. Room service did not meet our expectations at all. We had requested a rollaway at 5:00 pm. After 5 hours it was not delivered. We called several times after that, and it was finally delivered at midnight! Not good!

Everything went quite well. Check in was very good. Did not have to wait in line for very long. Front desk was very helpful. The room was clean and neat. The hotel was very convenient and easy to get to the parks.

We weren’t happy when asked if we wanted house keeping and we said ‘yes’,only to find that there was a cost for this when it came to paying the account otherwise we would not have agreed to housekeeping. Also, the day before we checked out we didn’t use housekeeping as the room was not done when we returned from Epcot so we asked not to bother doing the room. We were charged for this service.

The sales assistant in the gift shop (Katie) was very helpful in assisting us to find a Disney gift and let us know where to find this. She was very honest and helpful with sizing of a T-shirt. We thought the water taxi was great and convenient.

Access and location to Epcot and Studios great but need direct bus to m Magic Kingdom. Costs were exhorbitant.

Room was very small and a bit dated. The seal in the Windows was broken - so they were full of condensation each morning & you couldn’t see out.

Lack of food for after parks closed. As you are allowed to stay for magic hours due to staying at hotel would be better if at least one food place was open after parks closed.

Parking situation is not ideal and your are practically forced to use vale parking. This happened to us twice in one month at this hotel.

The room service was poor, they forgot to refil coffee, glasses were dirt, shampoo suport was broken.

The Room was good. The beds were extra comfortable, the shower had good pressure.

Where is the bus? We ended up taking Lyft to the parks as the buses were inconvenient. Bus to Magic Kingdom goes to the Transportation Center not the park.

Clean and comfortable, great breakfast, game room was high tech and fun, lobby and entrances were lovely. Favorite part was arriving at night by boat on the hotel dock. Our room had a view of the water, wasn’t expecting that. Room had everything you need, slept well.
