There was an infiltration of ants here and there but that had to be due to the previous few days of rainfall.

Everything about this place is awesome! You're in your own space, with a garage and All the comforts of Home Away from Home but With a Lake View! What's Not To Like??? I like that it's a gated facility as well. Not a lot of room for Mischief without being caught... Good and Quiet environment. I'll be back!!!

There were no issues and there was nothing we didn't like.

The hosts were amazing! Gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations and were very accommodating. I personally really enjoyed sitting on the porch and looking out at the lake and soaking in the spacious bathtub at night. Have already booked a return trip we had such an enjoyable time!

The best place it was everything I was looking for lake view was beautiful it was a home away from home beds was very comfortable we had no problems at all except the door code Mrs Jennifer answered right away this place was very spacious and clean thanks for letting us stay hope we can come back soon!

The pullout bed in the main area was broken and unable to be used. The AC filter was very dirty.

Nothing. It's always a challenge to remember the gate code for the first few days but that's not really a complaint.

It is clean, quintet and comfortable. The indoor parking and nice kitchen are great benefits too.

We loved the location, the décor, the space. We had everything we needed, as if we were at home. The view was awesome, and the access to the garage was the best, considering we had a few random showers!

It was perfect location !! Everything we planned to do was just a short drive away!! It was very clean and comfy!!The deck was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the view and breeze off the lake. This property really felt like your home away from home!!! Great communication with owners… responded quickly to any questions you had. I would definitely come back and would recommend to anyone visiting Hot Springs, AR

The villa is recently renovated, & thoughtfully furnished, with enough seating for many. It comfortably fit our family of 6 for sleeping, eating, & gathering. I love a water view, & this didn't disappoint for my early morning moments of reflection. The location of in a quiet part of the city, but central to great restaurants & only a short drive from the attractions we came for (the Mid-America Science Museum & Quawpaw Bathhouse). My husband appreciated our own garage for parking. Would definitely stay again if we einen to Hot Springs

Everything was phenomenal. My only regret was that I was so busy enjoying myself I didn't take any pictures in the house. Sorry guys, I guess I was just in the moment.

The host was very kind. She allowed us a late check out because we arrived kinda late. The location was just as beautiful as the photos suggest. House was very clean and even had extra linen and a few necessities in the kitchen like oil, milk and (big plus +++++)seasonings. I cannot wait to visit again and I only hope this Villa is available. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
