The rooms were outdated. The rugs were old and smelled horrible which I did tell the front desk about. My bathroom was partially cleaned. There was still a towel hanging from the previous guest.

My family enjoyed the breakfast and the accessibility’s to the shops. I was thankful that a shower chair was available for my son. I noted to the front desk that something was not done and they had someone come in and rectify the matter the next morning.

The hotel / the building itself feels old and outdated, but it was cleaned to an ok level (for example the rug had old stains and desaturated parts or the bathtub that had small damaged areas). The breakfast hours are really bad compared to other hotels: at 8:45 the staff started to take everything back to the locked room, we had to salvage our breakfast.

The room was spacious and the layout was very much to our liking, especially the size of the bathroom. The staff was helpful and quick to manage checking and checkout or any questions. I did not have the time to go to the fitness room but there was one close to the lobby.

The hotel itself needs a facelift. It is an "old Florida" hotel. The room was clean but one of the comforters on the bed was stained. The housekeeping staff switched it out immediately. The shower curtain would not stay closed and kept falling to the middle, which caused water to get on the floor. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom which caused the stream to build. The beds were comfortable but small. The breakfast one morning ran out of coffee and was never replaced.

The location was perfect for what we needed. My daughter had a dance competition at the RP center. The a/c in the room worked great. There was daily housekeeping and a simple breakfast in the morning. The room was nice and spacious with a huge bathroom. It made getting ready in the morning easier. The staff was friendly and helpful. We have stayed here in the past and had a similar experience. It was quiet and close to restaurants.

Breakfast Watered down milk + juice, not good. Dirty carpet in room with stains. Mold under + around edges of tub + sink. Awful smoky smell upon room arrival. Top of baseboards hadn't been cleaned in a long time,,.

The outdated rooms and not clean elevators the mattress are old and used out it seems everything is outdated and surfaced clean definitely needs a major update and a nice deep clean

I called after we arrived in Lakeland Florida. We got there a day early. The lady left me on the phone for a long time to see if we could get an extra day. We get there and there is nobody in the hotel or parking lot. We check in they put us 318-319 almost the furthest from the elevator. 319-318 needs to get doors fixed do not open very good. 319 needs light bulbs rooms little dirty. breakfast is ok no eggs-bacon-sausage.
