Probably the property was remodeled not too long ago- everything looked fresh and clean. We came on a cold weekend and were happy to have a fireplace in our room. Kitchenette had a full-size fridge and stove. There are few places to eat in a walking distance.

Comfortable well stocked rooms. Great location. Right across the street from the beach, near several restaurants, and a coffee shop on property. Tim was super nice and made sure we had everything we needed.

Unfortunately the air conditioner is literally two feet from the head of the bed and faces the bed. Fortunately I was by myself and was able to sleep on the far side of the bed. I also draped a towel over the a/c (held in place by a heavy book) to diffuse the breeze.

Tim was delightful and my greeting upon arrival was very personal. My room was very nice and had everything to accomodate my one night stay. Loved the proximity to the lake and walking my dog along the beach.

The location, right across from the lake, with eateries just down the block; the ease of check-in (texts from Tim re ETA, keys on the table, no lobby checkin); dependable friendliness and taking care of details by Tim; the cuteness of the suite, with a table and chairs right outside the door for a pleasant morning or afternoon drink; the location of a good coffee shop right across the parking lot; pet friendliness, with perfect access to getting our dog outdoors to a field; perfect casual vibe.

Great location. Comfy room with kitchenette with breakfast bar, table, and couch, so did have to sit on a bed like you do in some hotels

Had some trouble keeping WiFi on. Tim did offer up his hot spot.

Tim, the owner, was fantastic; very accommodating. The place is immaculate. Coffee shop is run by owners of the motel and was a nice bonus.

I'm sorry the on-grounds coffee shop was not open.

Nicely remodeled bungalow; clean and attractive. The bed was comfortable. The bungalow was quiet; we did not hear outside noise or neighbors. The host was friendly and helpful. The potential use of bicycles may be the hook to have us return.

There was only a very small table just big enough for a laptop nothing else, a larger table would have been good.

Breakfast was not included but there was a cafe on site. The shower was great, the view fantastic but I did have room number 1, other rooms would not have the same view.

Location, right across from the lake. Modernly refurbished, charming, clean, many thoughtful details. Table and chairs outside each unit for morning coffee or afternoon drinks. Super friendly manager, Tim, exceptional hospitality. Close to eateries. An unpretentious gem.

If I had one complaint, it would be there was no hair dryer and no frying pan I'm the kitchenette. Other than that, it was a perfect experience.

This cozy motel is a great place to unwind and enjoy time by yourself or with family or friends. It is comfortable, clean and in a great location. The owners are friendly and accommodating.

Location was very good, centrally located for the meetings I was attending. A Mexican restaurant was across the parking lot and Zorbaz was 3 blocks down, within walking distance.

The main complaint is comfort. The futon was hard and not comfy to sleep on at all. The bed was hard too but was ok. Pillows were hard. My friend and I are BIG women and could not sit in the outdoor chairs by our room because they were too small. :( I would have loved to sit out in the beautiful weather! Price was a little high for so late in the season but all in all we had a wonderful stay!!!!

Tim was great! So was Jack! :) The room was SPOTLESS and so cute with a full kitchen! Looked freshly remodeled. It is located right across from the lake so if you are into that kind of thing the location is perfect! It was very quiet! You couldn't hear your neighbors at all!! The fall colors in the area were spectacular!!!!!

everything! Hardwood and vinyl floors great for our dog. Wonderful walk-n shower. The futon gave us both a place to sit.

Our room was comfortable and well- outfitted. Location was wonderful, across from the lake. Tim, who greeted us was warm and welcoming. We appreciated how pet friendly it was and wished we had stayed longer to make use of the bicycles and kayaks. We would definitely stay here again !
