Not much to say negative about this place.

It is located in quite place and well maintained well . It is very close to Highway. Complimentary breakfast was amazing. Good choices for grown ups and kids. Added bonus is the movie theater next to it.

Charged for parking when we parked ourselves. In the seven days we were there the room was cleaned or replenished only once.

Comfortable beds. Like kitchen in suite. Laundry on property is nice.

After we confirmed at checkout our pricing was correct matching our reservation pricing. After we left 3 days later our credit card was charged a higher rate. Our credit card company told us someone did a manual charge of higher than the agreed pricing. Apparently, the hotel charges for parking onsite. So beware since this was never in the discussions at reservation time or checkout. Very bad business practices.

Breakfast was held in the neighbouring hotel one day. Not much of an issue just not a full 10 because of it. If your English.. warning no kettle in the room but hot water available at breakfast so bring own teabags and you'll be golden👍

The tables were not cleaned off from previous diners at breakfast. We did come very late, but I had to get a wipe from the lobby and wipe down the table before sitting. There was no housekeeping on Saturday. One of the pleasures of hotel stays is having someone else make the bed! Lastly, we were charged a fee on the credit card for potential "damages." The first desk clerk didn't even understand the discrepancy. The second one explained it but wasn't able to provide a receipt with the actual charges listed. There should be a way to show the payment and the fee "hold" on funds. This was disconcerting to me.

The breakfast was very nice. Well laid out and has many options. The staff was kind enough to refill the orange juice as we came right when breakfast was closing. The location is right off the freeway and the room itself was very inviting. We had a king suite which had a full kitchenette, eating area, couch, and seating area. It was very comfortable for having visitors.

Breakfast choices dismal even during COVID. Ate there once despite a three day stay.

Very nice room and staff. Rooms pretty well insulated we couldn’t hear our neighbors despite a youth league softball taking place. Very quick response time to repair air conditioning that went out during the night. Thankful for the overhead fan

The community ice machine was closed which is understandable due to covid 19 but there was no ice in the ice trays in the freezer in the room. Parking is limited, I had to park and walk a very long way. Other than that a fantastic stay.

Fully equipped with dishes, fridge, microwave. They are suites so you have seperatet rooms, living room with couch, bedroom, bathroom, etc. Very clean, everything wrapped and sanitized. Staff was great. I will continue to book my rooms here. I have been consistently happy with my stays here. Serves breakfast and dinner

I had booked my hotel paid in advance when I arrived to check in I was denied due to my bank card I had to drive back home at night which was 4 hours away

I was charged for another room. I still haven't received a refund. It has been 1 month. I have tried to contact the Hotel and Hilton, but get the run around. Horrible experience. I will never stay there. Also. Dirty dishes in dishwasher
