The place was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the size of the room was good. What I didn't like was that I chose that hotel because my son wanted to use the pool, and he couldn't because they had done maintenance and the water was cold.

Whenever we were there, there was a dance competition going on nearby and only one indoor pool and each time my boyfriend and I would go down to swim the pool was full, and the pool was the main reason why we chose this hotel. I also didn't like how hard the mattress was on the bed.

I liked how close the hotel was to the outlets and other stores and restaurants. We never had to drive more than 10 minutes to do things.

My room was not as clean as I would like (crumbs on the floor, hair in the shower). Also rooms not sound proofed well, I could hear so much chatter from other rooms and hallway it was hard to sleep well.

Didn't like the fact it was a little pricey and the coffee maker didn't work right, there was no microwave and the fridge stayed room temperature.

The breakfast is expensive for what it is and the items were not that good (dry). After my initial stay (2 days during weekends), I stayed for 5 more days during the week and breakfast was not available. I strongly suggest to put up muffins and fresh coffee everyday, it would have been a really better experience if I didn't have to go searching for food before going in to work. If not, then write on your website/booking.com that restaurant is not always available... I chose your hotel because there was a restaurant in it! During my stay over the weekend, I chose a wellness room, and the bed was not as comfortable as the one in a regular room. When I was in the wellness room, I was disturbed often because when a neighbor closed their door, it caused my door to "bang" a bit, it made me jump everytime. I suggest to check doors and add cushioning if required to prevent this.

I like the cleanliness, and the general feeling in the room. I felt good and safe.

There was so many rules. You are not told about them until check in. By that time I had already paid. They are printed up on print paper and taped around the hotel. Looks terrible

The layout is a little tricky depending what part of the building you’re on you may need to park somewhere other than the front but plenty of parking regardless

only thing i didnt like was being in a handicap room where in the bathroom when taking shower water goes everywhere since there's no runoff for water. that is not an overall issue and i would stay there again

overall i was very happy with the property. kids had fun running around and using the indoor pool since it was too cold for outdoors. room was very clean and i liked how i had access to the hall or the courtyard from room. staff was very helpful and quick to help.

The shower was very slippery. Could barely stand to bathe. The maids put a bath mat in the shower the 2nd day. The restaurant prices were pricey. We left the property to eat. The Starbucks coffee was good tho.

This was our second stay at this hotel. Staff is friendly and the location is perfect. They have a cute play place for kids indoors and outdoors. The pools are great.

The AC is too loud

Very nice staff! Amenities are great, especially for children. The pool is very warm! Very close to several attractions mini golf, Dutch wonderland land, Amish farms, outlet….

You can’t bring outside food to outside pool area but they don’t have any beverages or food out there to buy
