There were a few things that were a little bit dirty. The dishes in the dishwasher. There was bedding in the couches that looked like it wasn’t washed. And I couldn’t find any wash cloths. Also, we could hear our neighbors very well. 😟

I liked the layout. I liked that there were 4 bed options. The locks on the outside doors were perfect, and easy to use. They had everything in the kitchen that anyone would want.

I thought I booked 1 whole house. Instead it was 3 separate units with 2 bedrooms each except for the last unit which had 1 bedroom. So instead of being able to gather together , we were separated into 3 units and had to use the facilities of 1 unit to meet our kitchen and dining needs. 1 unit did not have sufficient utensils to meet all our needs and so inconvenient to transfer kitchen utensils from the other units to the 1 unit we were all using. Location was central but a lot of homeless people on the sidewalk at night. They were gone in the morning though. But as we checked in at 10 pm, we were a bit scared because of their presence. Our difficulty to open Unit 2 led us to leave our luggages in the car for a while until the manager returned our call. It was quite a wait as we came late and very hungry. Insinkerator did not work.

The bedrooms were very clean and well maintained. Bathroom even had bathrobes which was a plus. Kitchen clean and had a lot of kitchen appliances. Sound system was great.

It’s needs a bit more cleaning after every guests. We couldn’t find the remote for the tv downstairs in the process of looking for it we checked under the bed and there were someone else’s underwear and a lot of trash. Carpet could be replaced and new comforters they looked old and had a couple stains. Mostly work on the cleaning.

It has everything we needed extra toilet paper dishes etc. everything is near by super convenient. Beds were very comfortable overall enjoyed our stay here.

for the cold weather, the bedding wasn’t sufficient, the main door didn’t have weather stripping, causing cold air coming in. only one washcloth in each bathroom. The house smelled musty, I bought air fresheners. put a sign by the dryer to clean the vent after each use. I had a hard time pulling it out and was shocked to see how full it was, fire hazard. these were just some minor details

Place was clean cleaning staff was nice. Land lord was nice and accommodating. The fridge didnt work. I still have not received my deposit back and we left the place clean with the exception of the linens.

Seemed like the property could use a little more attention when cleaning/prepping for the next renters. I stayed in unit #2, and the cups/plates/utensils weren't the cleanest. Also had some table lamps missing light bulbs. The front door lock for unit #1 wasn't working from the outside (probably just a dead battery), and we had to look for bath towels. Found some in a few of the dryers, but didn't really see a proportional amount of wash cloths. The separate units were nice, but when all of us wanted to hang out together we'd have to congregate in a single unit (#1 being the largest). Driveway was also a little narrow at the street, but not sure if anything can be done about that!

Rented the whole house. Loved the location! Very close to downtown, and also a short walk to a nice local park. The house is split up into three (3) separate units, and none are accessible to each other from the inside. Some of the people in my group like to stay up later than others, so it was quite convenient to have our own respective areas.

temperature was inconsistent- cold in basement while very hot upstairs. Some of the dishes were greasy and needed to be Re washed; could use some things like foil in kitchen, maybe games, heard some early AM noise from other apt.

Apartment- comfy stay for family of 3. good location, comfortable beds, decently appointed kitchen, host was very responsive and accommodating for late night arrival and last minute booking.

We slept on the pull out sofa bed that was extremely uncomfortable to the point that we had to borrow an air mattress for the second night. If someone charges top dollar for a night at least make sure that the guests are comfortable. We were also cold because there weren't enough blankets for all of us and some of the blankets were old and dirty.

It was in a very good location and we didn’t hear any road noise. The bed was comfy and the wifi was very fast. It had all the facilities that we needed except for a tin opener. There was a barbecue outside for cooking the steaks on. The supermarket is within walking distance if you wanted to walk and it only cost $8.00 to get into the city centre with an Uber. Plus there is a bus stop right out the front of the house. The shower was good and big and it had a washing machine. It had very good air conditioning, but the outdoor units are right outside the bedroom window so you might need your ear plugs at night.

So, this wasn’t a problem for me but the parking consists of a driveway that is only wide enough for cars to park in a single line. So, there is no way to get the front car out without moving the rear cars.

This property is in a PHENOMENAL location! There is a delicious little bagel shop right across the street. Literally a block away is a Bean and Brew coffee shop, a huge park, and multiple restaurants around the perimeter of the park. There is a Whole Foods about .5 miles away. Just a great location!

I didn't like the crazy high cleaning fee ($140!) that was not included in the booking price. Some small things that were off-putting were: no extra blankets/comforters but plenty of extra sheets and towels. Also, almost every single light bulb in the downstairs area was burnt out - including the lamps. A light fixture in the closet downstairs was also hanging from the ceiling from the wires. Some of the bedding (comforter and pillow cases) were torn/damaged.

Location is amazing, the building is amazing, old world and gorgeous. I was traveling with two toddlers and loved that there was a gated back area with grass so that they could play. walking distance to Liberty Park, and about 15 minutes away from everything you'd want to see/visit. The kitchen is fully stocked and the toiletries in the bathrooms/showers were very thoughtful. There's a washer and dryer which was a godsend!

smelled moldy, single pane windows, some windows didn’t open or windows that did open did not have screens, front door had gaps that seeds from tree blew in under door, smoke alarm in laundry room and kitchen inoperative, some of lights burnt out, upstairs glass shower door didn’t stay closed had to use shampoo bottle to hold glass door closed when taking a shower, bathroom matts dirty, dust in glass light fixture fan, walls not insulated could hear everything from first apartment attached to our unit,etc.
