The Resort is a self check in place. We had some misunderstandings about the equipment of the kitchenette but the host upgraded our room and provided us a stove oven, which made our stay unforgettable. The hot tub and the waterfront view pays off. The beach is about 1 mile away. Parking wasn’t an issue for us. We were lucky to see dolphins right in front of our resort. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend the place.

Not enough parking spaces. TV system difficult to find current nba games, nascar races. The continental breakfast could have offered a better selection of food. Why no cream cheese when they have bagels? No juice selection. Maybe a happy hour with drinks.

The parking is challenging but doable if you have a small car. also I chose to upgrade to a waterfront room with what I thought was a private deck siting area. The waterfront deck is a community area and where they serve breakfast, so be prepared for people sitting right outside your door at anytime. Honestly if I had known that I would have saved my couple hundred dollars and just gotten a regular room and walked around the corner to the deck.

Rigid Check in policy. Asking $30 to check in 35 minutes earlier is a no go! The room was ready, they just didn’t let us in.

My only suggestion would be to have a more comfortable bed. The linens were great! Really cute! But the mattress was about a 6/10. And I stubbed my toes several times when walking around the frame.

Our room was so cute and nice. Very clean and cutely decorated. The outdoor common areas were very nice. Plenty of space out on the deck to relax and watch the boats go by the canal. The amenities like the free kayaks and bikes are great! And the hot tub/pool on the deck was the cherry on top. We will be back!!

We loved it!!! It was fantastic. We took kayaks out and fished. Got 2 nice fish. Jacuzzi is huge and breakfast was great. Such cute and charming setting 😍

Next door restaurant employees in and out of back door that slammed pound pounding constantly. Someone should talk to them about it. Bathroom had a bad odor in the drains

Walls were paper thin. We could hear other guests snoring clearly all night. We were in Room 2 which is close to the very busy Bonita Beach Rd and we heard traffic all the time. Parking with our Ford truck was manageable but having to back out onto the busy road was a challenge.

Loved the property and the waterfront. Good continental breakfast served on the waterside deck. People were friendly. Next door to the Fish Shack with really good food. Not far to the beach...need a car. Room was cute/retro and good sized but pretty bare bones.

Parking was not enough. We had to park at the restaurant next door after kindly asking them if we could park there. The bed was verrrry soft. The pool was not really what we thought it was.

The decorations, AC in room worked really well. Clean. Space was great.

The Breakfast was not too good the quality of the products needed improvement except to the oatmeal all other products were snacks. Orange Juice tasted not so good . The one thing good was the coffee. The rooms were very nice and the place was very relaxing loved the HotTub/ Pool

The kayaks were left in the water. They sank. That was sad.

We loved the comfort and location of the spot. It was neat to see the woodpeckers in the trees nearby. It was humbling to see the renovations occurring around us after the recent hurricane.

It was pretty pricey and the breakfast was RIDICULOUS! There were not even bowls to fill in milk, which was frozen due to the low temperature in their refrigerator; no bread, no toast or bagel. Very limited options!!! Therefore I had to lower my overall-rating.

Would be better if there was BBQ grill as listed in description, also sad fish house nextdoor went out of business along with the beach facilities having been all destroyed from the hurricane still...
