I couldn’t get a receipt. They told me i’d get one from booking.com and i never got one. I have never had that excuse or gotten a bill from Booking. Drinks in plastic glasses in the lounge? Seriously? What an insult at those prices! Staff in the lounge/restaurant rude, unfriendly…made us sit in a specific area because they didn’t want to walk to a different table? Never heard of such a thing at a supposed high end restaurant! We are adults…not college kids who throw glasses. Except for location, this was a first-class disappointment.

Everyone and everything was amazing however the windows in the room were filthy and the front entrance doors were dirty also. Look closely at my sunset photo and you will see all the dirt ( I have my receptionist clean our front doors of my business daily as a suggestion)

Location was convenient and within walking distance to the university of Kansas. Very comfortable spacious room, and the welcoming note on the television was a nice touch! Breakfast was available for purchase downstairs in their restaurant. The staff was very nice.

The room was a bit sterile for my taste. I would have liked to have a rug or carpet when getting out of bed. Or something in the room that helps it feel a little cozier. I'm not an interior designer so I'll leave that to them! :)

The location is amazing. I was there for the college visit day and you can't find a better hotel location, as you know!

I was surprised to be charged $3 for a muffin (dated 3 days old) and $2 for a coffee sitting in the lobby. Not complimentary??? I’ve paid more for a room at a chain hotel and received a hot complimentary breakfast. The stairwell to the roof top bar smelled like somebody vomited the night before.

The location can’t be beat if you want to walk along campus. This was my first time to stay here. I have had catered meals here and my expectations were met.

Bar closed at 10 without letting us know so we couldn’t get a drink. Night front desk girl was NOT helpful with issues. Rude & dismissive. TV in room did not work and no one would fix it. No cups, etc in room, only a single ice bucket. Eventually given a different room but we would not move to that un-remodeled room with a torn chair and bad vibes.

Bar, restaurant were closed. No instruction on correctly operating TV. No in-room microwave; no in-room phones. Written messages were provided for lack of amenities (supply chain issues; COVID safety, etc.), but other hotels seem to have already overcome these issues in providing customer service.

When we got to our room the door was wide open and there was trash in the room and trash cans. Check in was at four and we got here at about three, but we called three hours prior and they said anytime after one would be fine. The bathroom was horribly dirty, and again the pictures of the room online are completely different than the actual room.

I am not one to complain but this room was nothing like the photos on any website and I am extremely disappointed that I spent this much money on a nice hotel for it to be completely different from the 217 dollar room i rented.
