nice property for the value versus the two other properties we looked at. indoor pool was nice but was closed the day we checked in. the staff were all very friendly and helpful. location was close to local restaurants

There was a door to an adjoining room, and we could hear the people next door as if there were in the same room.

It's a very nice hotel. The pool looks nice, but we didn't swim.

Unfortunately, the room smelled terrible. Very musty and moldy smell to it. Even though the AC was running, it was still quite humid. Since we were there for only one night, I didn't complain. Also, I wasn't sure if breakfast was included in the rate or not (my fault for not reconfirming), so we skipped out and just ate elsewhere.

Excellent location, easy access off the freeway. The front desk was friendly and very helpful. Even though we didn't use the pool, I thought it was uniquely located (the middle of the hotel indoors). The beds were comfortable and I appreciated the convenience of the business center, since I had a bunch of documents to print out. The room was on the ground floor and very quiet.

Staff was very very kind. We just needed breakfast faster because we were trying to get an early start. So, restaurant staff made our breakfast ‘to go’ and that was awesome!! Thank you

Lighting was poor especially since there was no outside lighting available in the room that faced the pool. Not enough electrical outlets.

Room was nice but definitely older. Room was clean and staff was great. Lighting was terrible however. Our room faced the inside pool so no direct sunlight and I think they used 40 watt bulbs. Could also use more electrical outlets. Ok for one night. And the cookies were yummy.

I was in town for business and wanted to watch they playoff Kansas basketball game. although the bar had numerous TVs the picture on every tv was poor including their projection system, making the game unwatchable. I had a group of clients that I had to take to a bar to watch the game. hotel was clean, but rooms were very noisy.

Had a family reunion of about 24 people (12 adults and 12 children). We made arrangements to eat in the bar/cafe area with good seating accommodations; but poor food service. The service was extremely slow and we were charged for the water ordered as a beverage. We were seated for 1 hour before our food began arriving at the tables. Several of the orders were not as selected and the total price was over $300.

The children attending the reunion enjoyed the pool. The seating area in the lobby was a good place for all the family members to meet and enjoy visiting; as we seldom are able to all get together due to living in several states. The rooms were very comfort and the desk staff very friendly.

The ceilings were a little low not for tall people and the parking lot was a little too dark also building seems dated and needs attention with water spots on ceilings through out.

Staff very friendly and kookies were great but not for the alergit to nut travelers.

The $310 daily rate for Lawrence Kansas. The nigh stand light, power strip, clock all unplugged. Extreme dust where cords were located. Bathtub drain very poor.

Room furnishings and appearance excellent. Bed very comfortable, high quality sheets and pillows.
