Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesIt seems they are updating hotel but rooms were very small to us. Breakfast was okay but if you came down later in the breakfast time no good variety left. It wasn't my vibe for what I paid for the hotel. Small elevators, small rooms. The only room light were two small lamps.

United StatesThe worst thing is there is no parking at the hotel. You have to pay to Park in a parking lot blocks away. Another issue was there wasn't any bottled water for the coffee maker. I had to go purchase water to make coffee. They told me when I asked to use the water in the bathroom sink 🤮

BelgiumThe breakfast is quite lackluster. Some cereal, some eggs, some odd pancakes, and only some jam to put on the bread. There is also quite some noise from the railway and highway nearby. This area of Dallas is very empty, there are some nice restaurants but those are quite sparsely spaced. Not what one would expect from the 'downtown' of a major city.
You won't hear me complaining about the room itself. The bathroom and shower are very clean, the bed is nice, great view from the windows, working airco/heater...

United StatesParking was terrible, due to construction took almost 20 minutes to find the entrance to parking area which is located a few blocks away and costs $10 per day. All of which would not be too bad if the homeless population was not so heavy around this location. Also stated pool in the booking, no pool.
Location was great for the price, walking distance to dealey plaza. Secure guest entry, decent fitness center.

United StatesA/C was leaking water all night long and room felt damp. Front desk directed me to a place down the hall to get a bathroom rug to wipe it up myself. He should have had someone come mop it. I felt unsafe at night walking from parking lot. Parking lot is about 3 blocks away near the bus station.

United StatesThere was no parking so I had to park and pay in a public parking lot and walk two blocks to the hotel. There was not enough lighting in the room next to the window. The sliding door to the restroom was very hard to open/close.
The room was clean and comfortable. The king size bed was very comfortable as well. I loved the walk-in shower with the large showerhead.

AustriaPictures are always better than reality, but here photoshop made a too good job. Room is smaller than anything else I have been. A/C runs all time and is very noisy. Can't even switch it off, only set temp. If you need to attend remote meetings you need to be on lute as the A/C sound is too loud - not speaking about the night. For an holiday Inn you would expect better. At least better than the other hotels around for half the price

CanadaThe building is clearly under some additional renovations and the hallways smelled like paint or chemicals. The rooms are tiny and cramped, barely any space for walking around, which was disappointing for the price we paid. We would have rather stayed somewhere else where we got more value for our money.
The location is great for exploring downtown by foot and the DART station is right across the street. Staff were accommodating and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the AC kept the room cool.
