parking. very sketchy. we ended up parking at a garage several blocks away. walking back to the hotel at night was concerning. Breakfast, although free, was lacking. the eggs were not cooked well and the sausage patties seemed microwaved and not browned. just not appetizing.

The king size rooms were very small it was hard for two people to maneuver around. We were rushed by some lady to checkout of our room but when we got downstairs the front desk said we still had plenty of time that the lady is just rude like that and she doesn’t understand why.

The location was convenient for us and we enjoyed the dove products in the room, very nice to have instead of generic products.

We had a SEVERE ceiling leak in our shower. The view from our room was through a mildew coated window. They moved us to another room

There was a mouse running in and out of the breakfast room on the first day I arrived. The carpet in room 230 was stained but other than that, everything else was very clean.

Staff were very friendly when greeting me at the door each morning and night. Bedding was neat and tidy, and the pillows are amazing and great for a good night's sleep.

I didnt like that there was no free parking, but that it was alright.

Everything was close by. We did I lots of walking and enjoying the sights. Night time was so beautiful.

The location was close to everything, the staff was good and the hotel was clean.

There are homeless people under the highway in close distance. Hotel staff pays attention to keep them out but one of them managed to have a free breakfast at one of the morning.

Location next to the world war museum and green Street car. Can be walked to the French Quarter. Location is also half way between French Quarter and Garden District.

The employee was pretty lazy, on the day of our deporture she wasn't even on the reception from 11 to 1, so we almost missed our flight.

The only thing i did not like was the size of the bed. The advertisement stated that the room would have a queen size bed and it actually had a full. Everything else was great!

The hotel itself was great! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Good breakfast!! The location was next to a trolly stop. This made getting around very easy!!!!

I was put on first floor, the blinds didn’t close all the way I was able to see peoples feet as they walk by. It was too bright for me to sleep. I put pillows in the windows, didn’t help.

Room was small and cozy. It’s in NOLA what do you expected.

No parking on the property, not even for a fee. I parked on the street a few blocks away, but honestly didn’t feel very comfortable with where I had to leave my car.

Location is great - an easy short walk to central business district, French quarter, etc. The property was clean and well maintained. The room fully met and exceeded my expectations.

Homeless people slept on doorstep (security keeps doors closed) expensive outdoor parking behind hotel (120$/3 days)= risky (Cartheft,break in...) tiny rooms & equally tiny bathroom (lacks storage space for suitcases etc) unfriendly uncaring reception by some at reception desk .Safe in room did not work & no solution offered - repairs on the way in hallways....

Location close to streetcar St Charles street,modern interior,close to French quarter & in neighbor of WW2 museum & Lafayette sq .Nice breakfast

The first room we were in the air conditioner leaked on the floor so we had to be moved at 11:00pm to another room so we didn't sleep didn't get much sleep. And they didn't even give me a discount for the inconveniences.

The location was great. Bed comfortable The room is clean. The walk in shower was very good on my mom.
