For the price, it is not good that breakfast is not included (it is a pricey room). Similarly, for the price, the bathroom was outdated and the conditioner was empty and the toilet paper super thin/rough (and I am only mentioning this because, again, for the price, this is the type of thing you should not encounter). From the pictures, I also thought the place was fancier, with a larger bar/restaurant area; while it is not "small," it is definitely not the high-end place I thought.

The best was the location and the staff, really nice people. Breakfast was good too.

We were disappointed with an incident that we had with the valet service. On our bill we were charged for our valet service. When we went to get our car, we were told by one of the valet attendants that it was $20. When we confronted them and told them That we already paid for valet services on our bill they quickly scrambled and suggested that that should perhaps be a tip. Disappointed in that type of activity.

The LeMerdien is a restored Courthouse located in downtown Tampa, a great location in close proximity to the Riverwalk, theaters, fine dining and adjacent to the Sacred Heart historical church. Breakfast is served early with a late check out giving extra time to use the fitness center. On Valentines Day the staff passed out beautiful red roses as they seated us in the restaurant.

Nothing really, perhaps a kerig coffee maker in the room would be a nice addition.

Great Staff, Latisha, Kennie, Ember were all great, so helpful, and the valet service team was great! Very cool hotel, so glad we got to try it and if in downtown Tampa, will definitely come back. Food well prepared (just did small bites) but were very nice.

they just have two carts for luggage it is a big hotel so if you are lucky maybe you can find one every hour available and they don’t have people to help you with the bags either, there is no parking we have to do valet and they just had one guy with 5 parties leaving at the same time so we waited 1 hr to get our car and we did because my husband went with the valet guy to the garage and get the car by himself very bad organization

The waiter at the restaurant was very rude and unprofessional. We have been long-time guest of this hotel and We have never encountered such unprofessional service ! As well as attitude . What a shame for such a beautiful hotel.. They should take better care of the restaurant staff they hire it reflects poorly on a otherwise outstanding hotel .

I really enjoyed the front desk staff and manager allowing us to get a preferred room at the last minute they really went out of their way bravo !

The high internal window was a bit annoying but still sort of cool and I would hate to change it and ruin the building design. What you could change is sound proofing around the doors. The halls are extremely loud and echoey and I felt like people where trying to break into my room when they were going into their own rooms. The is a gap at the bottoms of the door which could use sound proofing.

The location of this hotel was perfect because we went to see a show at the Tampa theatre!! The staff were very pleasant. Their also is a beautiful Catholic church next door...
