Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesThe long walk to the water park, and the fact that we purchased tickets specifically for the week we were there for the water park and we were not told that it was closed two of the days we were there.
Everything. The property and the park are amazing, its nice to have everything you need right there.

United StatesThe set up of the bunkbeds right next to the door. Safety reasons I feel the adults bed should be closer to the door, and the kids beds should be further away from the door. The beds were all uncomfortable. :( The staff were average. Didn’t have anybody stand out, except with the person who gave us a cold towel at the door and the two servers that we had each day for breakfast. Everyone else was just mediocre. I really thought they would make it more of a magical experience. We never had a paper door both days. :( The room was a bit dirty. You could see finger marks in the bathroom from previous guests. They were a few hairs that did not belong to us. When we walked on our floor, it smelt as if somebody put a poopy diaper in the trashcan right next to the elevator. Maybe have small poopy diaper trash bags in the guest room? Ice…. we didn’t see it on our floor :(. No Microwave in the room. :( no robes :( The kids treasure hunt was neat... I would suggest looking at the kids ages on what was booked. We had a three-year-old and the Legos that were given were six and up and seven and up. One day when we went to breakfast… 7:30 it was not open on time there was a delay. Staff didn’t seem to know what was going on in the beginning, but once we seated things got moving and that was great. I would suggest maybe put a note on the waters in the room that they’re complementary. I would suggest maybe opening something for the kids to do in the morning a lot of things are not even open until 9 AM or 10:00 AM... but I will say this is where we were grateful that the castle was downstairs. Pool was dirty… had so many bugs in it.
Location!! I love how the resort is walking distance from the park. I love rooms have The theme options. Kids castle for them to play in was a big hit. Bunk beds for kids but they were uncomfortable. The kids treasure hunt

United StatesWhen I checked in they forgot to give me keys. Then when I got them the lock still didn't work. Someone came and replaced the batteries and it worked. But the following morning I got locked out of the room again. Also, room service was slow, we came back from the park at 2 to our room and it wasn't done.
Play area and pool for the grandkids and the breakfast.

United StatesLandscaping needs some water.
This place caters to families and I would not stay here unless I was with mine. The little Lego houses are really cute and there is a playground outside where you can sit on your porch and watch the kids. The pool has a “beach entrance” so great for little ones with floating legos in it. They even have life vests. They also have a “potty” attachment on the toilets in the room. The food is fine - but they have a full bar. There is also a Publix right outside the hotel grounds which is a quick drive. You get parking at Legoland with your stay and it’s right across the street - very easy!! There is a shuttle as well.

United StatesThe service in the Skyline restaurant was hands down the worst I have ever experienced in my life. My server came to the table once, ordered our drinks and the kids meal. And he never came back to take our order. Therefore my husband and I didn’t get to eat dinner. When we spoke to the manager he got a bday dessert for my son, and the server never came and brought us plates, or napkins. I had to ask the hostess to bring them over. We also never were served any water, resulting in us being rather thirsty. The server(Jose) never asked how we were, and never came back to our table after we asked for the manager. By the time we paid, all the other food was closed. I had to order pizza from a local bar, just so I could have some dinner. Besides that the stay was great. Our breakfast server was wonderful, attentive, and I saw her more in the first 5 minutes than I did the other guy. If I was his manager I would fire him.
Loved the kids bunk beds. The decor in room was super cute. The breakfast is family style. They bring you a platter for the table to share. It was very good.

SwedenStayed here many times since we have annual passes at Legoland and the staff is always very nice and welcoming except this time- very rude front desk staff that could not find my booking and tried to charge/ reserve deposit twice. Do better with you front desk staff, it’s the most important you have to keep guest coming. Not sure if I want to go again because of this experience.
The drinks in the restaurant is great, play area and pool is fantastic! Very close to entrance
