Nothing really. It was a lovely 2 night stay.

We got our room earlier then check in time which is always great with children. Our 12 and 9 year old loved their themed rooms. Rooms are really big and the parents king size bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were friendly. Loved being so close to the park entrance as well. The disco elevator was lots of fun!

The one restaurant, brick Cafe I think, has been closed for far too long. This led to my family and I not eating at the resort, because the other restaurant was booked up. Lost money on that one guy's.

I was disappointed because when I booked the hotel I selected the Lego Hotel by the park, not the retreat. I didn’t read the find print and didn’t realize until the last minute we were not booked for the big hotel outside the park. But the experience at the retreat hotel was magnificent.

Comfortable beds, clean, beautiful theme decorations, Lego treats, service, delicious food, big pool, shuttle service.

Theming of the beach villas was cute. Nice and quiet on that side compared to the hotel. Breakfast staff was very friendly and attentive.

The breakfast was exceptional. I love how everything is kid focused (including a training seat on the potty. Brilliant!). We had such an incredible family vacation and we’re blown away by the whole experience. The staff was lovely and so accommodating. It’s a hefty price but so worth it in my opinion.

The only negative I experienced was that on our second to last day there was no visit from housekeeping. No one came to pick up our trash or make our beds, and even after we called they still didn’t take the full trash cans.

I loved the staff and the attention to detail at the Legoland resort. Everyone was nice and helpful, and worked really hard to keep the facilities clean. I loved how close the parks were to the hotel. Super convenient.

Great Lego theme throughout. Loved the Lego builds. The location was perfect and convenient to the park. Staff was super friendly and accommodating.

I find it ridiculous and disappointing to not include breakfast in the very pricey room fee.

Every detail was designed to please children. The Wreckship restaurant was pricey but very good. We loved the evening party for kids, we had a very funny time

It's probably because of the time of year we went but they had the castle play area closed down in the main hotel which was a big bummer. That was a big draw for us. Also the Bricks Restaurant Buffet was closed down, which once again was because of time of year but I never saw anything about it being shut down, so that was frustrating but didn't ruin our experience. We just left the hotel to eat.

We loved the special events they had for kids, the room had a scavenger hunt and they got gifts and it made them excited right as we got there. Parking and breakfast being included was also a huge perk. Everything about this hotel is thought about for families with little ones and makes it a special experience for families.

My view was of the roof and lot. I didn’t focus on it because it was covered with a window sticker. I think they should build a Lego view on the roof to make it nicer and funny.
