Minor issues: Room looked clean but my feet/socks were very dirty when not wearing slippers. Some of the cupboars still had some (mostly) empty food containers in it so probably not checked by cleaning personell.

I booked a 2 bedroom 'SKY' appartment and was upgraded to a 3 bedroom appartment which of course is alway nice (so no need to use the sofa) Valet parking is normally $50 but they waved the charges. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was good. Not much furnature but that is mostly evident because the living room is huge. View was amazing, both from the rooms and the balconies.

My tub wasn’t working but they fixed it once I told them. Besides that small issue everything was great!

Location was perfect! In the middle of everything! Views were amazing! Facilities were clean and plenty to do. Staff was efficient and friendly.

Unfortunately, our neighbors were pot smokers on their balcony. So, it limited our use of our balcony and from opening our windows.

We had teens with us that wanted to stay out, play basketball, swim, and sit by the fire a little longer than 10 pm. Maybe till 11 since it was a weekend.

STAFF! Went out of thier way to make sure we had a great stay. Housekeeping was prompt in any request we had. The manager called our room to check on us and make sure we were doing fine. It was great service which makes an enormous difference to me.

Just that the pool and fire pits closed too early. 10pm on the weekend. We would have loved to sit out by the fire a little longer. But it was nice while it lasted.

Miss amayah ( sorry if i mispelled) at the front desk checked us in. She was so delightful. We had 2 rooms to check in and made sure we got the best views. It was AMAZING! From our first interaction with front desk, to manager, to our last with valet, was exceptional! We WILL be back!

I can say that the floor in the apartment was a little dirty. My child was walking in her white socks, and it became dirty in a few minutes. But in general, the apartment was clean.

The view was amazing! We requested to get a high floor, and we got 23rd. I appreciated it. We will stay here in the next time in LA. And the staff was so friendly with us.

The shower in the master suite needed maintenance. The shower head was too loose. And the bathtub was broken. The spout to let water run didn’t work. Also, the smell of marijuana coming from rooms and balconies. Not in a family-friendly hotel.

The rooms were amazing for families. The pool area, even though we didn’t have time to enjoy it, looked good.

Bathroom doors are very difficult to close, shower head was not functioning correctly and staff took a long time to respond to requests such as more paper towels and toilet paper.

The steam room was down during my stay. Asked for some towels, was told they would bring them and never received them.

The large comfortable space with a city view was great. Loved the kitchen and laundry unit in the suite. The gym was excellent with plenty of equipment and space. Enjoyed the pool and basketball court. Plenty of enjoyable amenities.

Sliding doors to bathroom were not working well, difficult to open and making noice.

Great location, downtown, with easy access to public lines to any of LA points of interest.

They cancelled our booking because of a mix-up about the debit card on Booking.com. Luckily they still had an apartment available when we arrived. Sliding doors to bathroom very difficult to use.

Lovely spacious and elegant apartment. Outside pool. Staff we spoke to were helpful and friendly. Good location downtown. Excellent whole food market nearby.

Location is great since it is downtown. Building design is wonderful, Staff is friendly and helpful. The unit is clean and size is suitable for 4 persons.
