The one thing we didn't like was having to make a U-turn in heavy traffic to get to the road that leads to the hotel.

The hotel and room were very clean and comfortable. We didn't eat the breakfast as we left before it was served.

In the description it does not mention the pool is is right of the hotel entrance and by the main elevator, so literarily everyone can see you swimming soonest someone walks in the building. I opted not to swim even if I specifically chose this hotel because of the pool. I recommend a privacy strip on the window. Second thing I did not like at all is that the breakfast items where not labeled. I asked one of the staff what kind of meat the sausages where and I did not get a reassuring answer. As we do not eat pork it would have been nice to know for sure. Plus I feel like non pork options should be at every hotels breakfast by now.

My mother reviewed previous review.. myself,Keri & my 4 kids stayed here May-June 2023 about month &half! Right when I walked in , Victor the GM was so kind and on top of my reservation ! Josh, Adam and all staff was amazing! The kitchen area was the best I’ve seen allowing access 24/7! Breakfast was always delicious and hot w fresh fruit . Being their so long w our puppy , the staff became close to kids and I and always w a SMile and helping us anyway we needed it. I recommend 10X this Hotel and thanks again personally victor, Mariel..?? Josh and Adam… amazing job and we can’t thank you enough.. my kids and I, Keri Koser! The room was very small for a 2 queen room with the price tag it had. Not really worth it. The hallways were noisy until about 1am with doors slamming and very loud talking- it's just a busy place.

The breakfast was ok. The pancake machine didn’t work either of the days I stayed so I was a little disappointed.

The room was nice. The bed was so comfortable that it felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. I actually slept really well and didn’t mind just sitting in the room relaxing.

My entire floor reeked of weed smoke our entire stay. The sent seeped in to our room as well making it unpleasant alot of the time. Staff did not seem to care or do anything to prevent this.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and able to help. The espresso machine in the lobby was a nice touch for someone who loves coffee as much as i do.

There was a stain handprint on the headboard. On the side of the bed was some stuff smeared on the boxspring. On of the pillows had a brown stain on it. One of the bath towels had a stain on it too.

The only thing I wasn't thrilled about was the fact that the desk attendant, the next morning of our stay, had just up and left somewhere. We stood there for almost 20 minutes waiting for someone to check us out. If we had been in a hurry to catch a flight or something, this could have been bad. Just something to improve. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful!

This was the 3rd hotel we stayed at in the area and I have to say I was impressed! The staff didn't try to price gouge me, nor were they rude. The room was lovely and the amenities were pretty nice. It also didn't stink of rot or have damaged furniture like one of the other locations we stayed at.

Pool hours and restrictions are ridiculous. only 1 room alloyed in the pool for an hour and if it’s booked when you have time to use it you’re screwed. Dont get to enjoy the amenities you’re paying for. Breakfast was served between 6 and 9. By 8:15 all the hot entrees except the eggs were gone and not replenished.

Really nothing. It was a very pleasant stay.

I have to mention this first as I was really impressed. There is a small indoor pool and hot tub here. We’ve been traveling across the country during the spread of the delta Covid variant and this is the first place where we could use the pool. This is because they were booking it one room at a time. You would reserve the pool for an hour. This was so great and thanks for implementing this! It was nice to finally have a swim after a hot day of driving. Hotel was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly. Breakfast was the usual cheap American chain hotel fare so not great, but no worse than anywhere else. Nice convenient location. This was one of our “breaks” from driving and spent two nights here so we could see Starved Rock and some other parks. But also close to the freeway to be on our way. North Joliet seemed nice. I guess some other parts can be a bit dodgy but this area seemed like a safe bedroom community.

Cleanliness could have been better. Carpeting in room looks like it should have been replaced long ago. We stayed here instead of Fairfield Inn next door because it was rated higher. Don’t see why it was rated higher. Didn’t live up to s higher rating
