I was disappointed that Pretty Swell was closed, I didn't see that advertised online so it was a surprise to find that out upon arrival. The first room I was given had a cockroach in it when I walked in, however the front desk agent helped me switch rooms right away which was nice. It would have been nice to have a coffee machine in the room.

Great location, pretty decor and the room was a nice size. The staff were the best part, I appreciated their quick service, helpfulness with my room and a late check out.

We arrived in the evening and left in the morning (on a layover) so it would have been handy to have a cafe/restaurant on site. The smells (intentional or not) were a bit strong in places for us.

Comfortable beds and a great set up for a family stay each with own bed. Refreshing not to have a tv in the bedroom. Nicely positioned and decorated

The rooms don’t have good insulation, so you literally can hear everything that is happening in the bar downstairs and the hallways. During our stay, the bar had a DJ playing downstairs on Friday and Saturday night, and our floors were vibrating from the music. The DJ was meant to finish playing at 12am but didn’t wrap up until 1am, needless to say it was a sleepless night for us. I would suggest bringing earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

Great location, on the quite side of Miami Beach, so the streets don’t get too noisy at night but still within a very short walking distance to the hustle and bustle of Ocean Drive and the beach. We stayed in the king room that was very spacious. The place itself is very cosy and has a cool beach vibe. The staff was also very friendly and accomodating.

The room and doors were not very good in regards to soundproofing. You could hear everything on the hallway almost as if there was no door at all. So depending on the other guests it can be pretty loud here. Luckily we didn't have a lot of issues with that other than 2 or 3 times when people were chatting on the hallway at night or early morning but make sure to bring some earplugs if you are a light sleeper 😊 Also, not a con but just an information: it takes time for the water to get warm. it might take up to 5min but it will get warm eventually. I was too inpatient the first day and took a cold shower because I thought it won't get warm, but it did towards the end 😅

It's a super pretty boutique style hotel in South Beach. We loved the location as it was our second location in Miami beach. First we stayed a bit more to the north where we were more in the middle of the action and then we moved to this hotel which is in a more quiet area of south beach. The mix was perfect for us. Very pretty lobby with complementary water and good coffee in the morning. Really nice outside sitting area. Staff was friendly and helpful too.

I have stayed at various hotels in South Beach. This hotel is by far the best. The location is quiet but everything you need is within walking distance and Citi Bikes are available for rent nearby. The rooms were clean and functional with very comfortable beds and crisp white bedding. Finally the staff could not have been kinder and more helpful.

No elevator if you need one, noise isolation could be better.

The location is great, 1 minute walk from everything, but in a quiet area. The hotel is nice, has a beautiful lounge and garden terrace. Rooms are clean and tidy. Lights in the room are elegant and warm.

There’s no breakfast available, although it was advertised on Booking and on their app. Restaurant is closed but their website hasn’t been updated to reflect that. Coffee that we bought was terrible. It was supposed to be espresso but wasn’t.
