Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Thoughtfully designed rooms that function as well as they look. The bathrooms were beautiful. Real drinking glasses, wine glasses and coffee mugs were available instead of plastic or cardboard. The lounge and restaurant area are comfortable. Dinner was excellent. Breakfast was the best hands down we had on our trip. Real fruit, homemade baked goods, Greek yogurt, meusili, hot breakfast options, and so on. Again, real cutlery, dishes and glasses.

United StatesMattress was just good not great. Main switch in hall controlled bathroom light - just have to know and remember. Concierge was not as communicative as would like. No spa (massage) services available .
Room was very thoughtfully designed. Fireplace was romantic touch. Nice view of town and mountain from balcony. Great location. Helpful staff provided some courtesy shuttles to airport and other mountains. Breakfast included was good.

Australiawe were only told two weeks before our arrival that the week we were staying the lounge would be shut for the aspen Gay Ski week. This meant we could not sit or eat or drink in the lounge and there was no other space to relax except for our room. The hot tub was also always full. No discount was offered.

United StatesThe restroom did not have a latching door and did not close. The hotel's solution to this was providing a door stopper. This is a 4 star establishment, and I had paid good money to stay here. I should not have to worry about fitting the door stop every time I want to use the restroom. The room did not have shampoo or lotion either, so we had to call the reception. This is not the experience I was expecting from a 4 star and I have received better service in motels.

United StatesIn Aspen, the gym & spa area was not up to par given the average cost per night... not even close. The breakfast food wasn't great... eggs were downright bad but oatmeal and granola were good and there was not enough fruit. In Snowmass, the biggest issue is the shuttle, the driver was put into very uncomfortable position when it was overbooked and was unable to enforce reservations. You should also have more shuttles and private cars for back and forth trips especially after 11 pm.
In Aspen, the staff was great and very helpful -- they were able to provide recommendations and great service throughout the stay. The room was very comfortable and and hospitable... Breakfast was convenient but not excellent. In Snowmass, the spa, bar area, and gym were considerably better than downtown experience. Both locations were super convenient and easy to access everything.

United StatesParking was under construction so I had to park on the street far from the hotel. Construction was going on right next to my room. Kitchen wasn't open half of the stay. I was allergic to something in the room and my eyes would swell up every time I entered the room. Too many pets everywhere. This hotel has tons of potential and I attribute the problems to the construction.
Location was great. Hotel would be great if it were finished. Friendly staff.

United Stateshousekeeping left stuff around like garbage wasn’t all gone, old water in ice bucket, didn’t clean surfaces well-the faucet in the bathroom has no hot water and is broken to stop, the materials in the room for storage and little kitchenette are MEH. Not impressive or well done; silly actually- 3 spoons, little cups. just not impressive.
