Some of the staff were less than helpful. The dishes in the kitchenette were dirty and had to be washed before they could be used.

The little kitchenette was cool. The bed was super comfy. The shower was good.

The hard floor was dirty, our feet got filthy. The room was extremely humid so towels wouldn't dry out, etc. I reported a drip in the toilet tank. In fairness, there had been alot of rain.

For as much as I paid to stay the night, I was greatly disappointed that every little thing we wanted to have for breakfast or a snack was an upcharge. $400+ for one night and I would expect to at least get a free breakfast.

I liked that it was in a quiet spot of town.

The layout of the room was not comfortable. Tiny TV. Very chintzy with the towels and they were poor quality. AC ran constantly and temp was hard to control. We had to ask for soap.

Ice machine did not work. Person above us was stomping across their room at all hours. Loud party Saturday night in the gazebo outside our room. Complained to the front desk. They said they would talk to them again. That lasted for about a half hour. They continued to party and be loud for a few more hours. Not a good experience.

The air conditioner in the room was non-functional. The fan unit at the window worked but was very loud and there was no ability to confirm a certain temperature. Much lower quality than the Holiday Inn.

The room was dingy. Updates are needed very badly. I was rudely woken up at 8 am by a maid using a key to open my door. Then it happened again an hour later. TV's in the room are tiny as well.

There was a recliner that was tricky to get it to recline. I never got around to telling MGT so it's not their fault that it didn't get fixed.

I stayed for 10 days. The room was very comfortable in size. I never felt confined. The kitchenette was very functional and I really liked the icemaker so that I knew the ice I made was clean and always available. The table desk was a nice size.

The room was dirty, I found a pubic hair in the bed and boogers stuck to the wall in the bathroom. There was also a yellow stain on the bed comforter.

Location was convenient. Staff did give me a new linen set.

We specifically booked this hotel because we were getting a 2-queen room. When we checked in, the manager Jeff had made changes to our room and moved us to a 1 bed room and told us that when you book a room you are not guaranteed the room type, only the room. I have been traveling for years and have never heard this excuse from management. This is terrible customer service and I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone.

Having on site laundry facilities is an amazing bonus. Also location in near grocery store & pharmacy really makes it feel like home. It's like you have your own studio apartment. The staff is amazing!

Well I've submitted a complaint with IHG. I've submitted a complaint with booking.com. I've submitted a complaint with Candlewood Suites. I had 2 rooms both were disgusting. I spoke with the general manager of the hotel, he it's extremely rude, he told me that if I didn't like my rooms I should have just checked out and left but yet I wouldn't have got a refund though. Both bathrooms in both rooms had dried human fluids on the walls. Broken tiles in front of the bathtubs. The smell of cleaning products was so bad I had to open my windows in both rooms so I could breathe. I was traveling across the country on a budget and could not just leave my rooms and go somewhere else due to already spending the $270 on rooms that night. I have stayed at other Candlewood Suites and absolutely loved it, Candlewood Suites corporate should drop this location because of how crappily, disgustingly and horribly ran thit's horribly ran this location is. The curtains in each room had huge football sized stains on them. Supposedly non smoking yet heavy even over the heavy chemical smells you could still smell stale cigarette smoke. Unfortunately the only photos I got was of the it's of the human fluids on the bathroom walls. To add to the general manager saying I was a liar about my issues now keep in mind I did leave the hotel that night to go to the store because I did not feel safe even purchasing a drink in this facility, When we returned there was a woman at the front counter complaining about her shower curtain that was ripped off the wall when she checked in.
