You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesIce machine did not work. Person above us was stomping across their room at all hours. Loud party Saturday night in the gazebo outside our room. Complained to the front desk. They said they would talk to them again. That lasted for about a half hour. They continued to party and be loud for a few more hours. Not a good experience.

I stayed for 10 days. The room was very comfortable in size. I never felt confined. The kitchenette was very functional and I really liked the icemaker so that I knew the ice I made was clean and always available. The table desk was a nice size.

UruguayWe specifically booked this hotel because we were getting a 2-queen room. When we checked in, the manager Jeff had made changes to our room and moved us to a 1 bed room and told us that when you book a room you are not guaranteed the room type, only the room. I have been traveling for years and have never heard this excuse from management. This is terrible customer service and I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone.

United StatesWell I've submitted a complaint with IHG. I've submitted a complaint with booking.com. I've submitted a complaint with Candlewood Suites. I had 2 rooms both were disgusting. I spoke with the general manager of the hotel, he it's extremely rude, he told me that if I didn't like my rooms I should have just checked out and left but yet I wouldn't have got a refund though. Both bathrooms in both rooms had dried human fluids on the walls. Broken tiles in front of the bathtubs. The smell of cleaning products was so bad I had to open my windows in both rooms so I could breathe. I was traveling across the country on a budget and could not just leave my rooms and go somewhere else due to already spending the $270 on rooms that night. I have stayed at other Candlewood Suites and absolutely loved it, Candlewood Suites corporate should drop this location because of how crappily, disgustingly and horribly ran thit's horribly ran this location is. The curtains in each room had huge football sized stains on them. Supposedly non smoking yet heavy even over the heavy chemical smells you could still smell stale cigarette smoke. Unfortunately the only photos I got was of the it's of the human fluids on the bathroom walls. To add to the general manager saying I was a liar about my issues now keep in mind I did leave the hotel that night to go to the store because I did not feel safe even purchasing a drink in this facility, When we returned there was a woman at the front counter complaining about her shower curtain that was ripped off the wall when she checked in.
